First and last time I will ever get food from here! To start the drive in is absolutely horrible to get into to and takes forever to get through. To make things worse, the people working here are unable to take a clear order! Even after repeating ourselves multiple times we still come to spend and exorbitant amount of money on the dinner to get cold soggy fries, the wrong chicken (we asked for spicy tenders and got mild on the bone), and no biscuits (was supposed to get 6). The servers were impolite and didnt even say bye or have a nice day just handed us our bag and shut the window, rude much? And with the line so long we didnt know we had a jacked up order until we get home then call to get it replaced and the person was again not very polite and slow on the uptake of what we were saying. So bad experience and the food is definitely not worth the price!

Service has never been great at this location as far as drive thru wait times go. If ordering for 2 or more people wait times have been around 8 minutes which I think is too long. The first time I had an issue here they were willing to remedy the problem and give me a voucher for a free meal the next time which was a nice gesture. When I went to redeem it, it was faster than the last time definitely, but still took over 8 minutes to get 12 tenders at the drive-thru. I know they are a new location and might be training people and working out the bugs, but I probably wont be going back there for a while until they get it sorted out. On the plus side the food is great, just plan on waiting for a while to get it. If be willing to try this again because they have amazing chicken but I think Ill hold off for a few months.

I have never been to a restaurant that gets so progressively worse with every visit than this place. From constantly forgetting at least one item when I buy family meals to not even knowing how to ring in their special promo is posted on the outside of the building. Any order that I have whatever lunch or dinner takes at least 15 to 20 minutes every time, and half of that time is waiting just to pay. The last three times had I not gone inside and triple checked the order I would have left with the Incorrect food or side dishes missing. Personally I do like how they prepare the chicken far better, but at the cost of my own personal sanity I will be going to the house of the colonel from now on.

I was in the drive thru last night, arrived in line around 9:30. I know they close at 10 pm, but I was eager to try their food as my wife and I drove by. After waiting in line until 9:45, I pull up to place my order. There were also 3 other cars behind me. Before greeting me, before anything at all they say "Sorry, were closed". I say, you dont close at 9:45 all of a sudden, do you? They then told me they were out of chicken. I told them that I wanted Chicken tenders and Shrimp. They said they had chicken tenders, but no shrimp. I worked fast food for almost a decade, and I never once told someone we were closed before we were. Unacceptable, and I hope whoever told me that gets canned.

Waited inside for our food for 25 minutes. The people behind us got their order before we did and there was a line of people waiting to place their order that stood there for about 5 minutes before they got acknowledged. I asked for a side of popcorn shrimp since we waited so long and she said she would give me an extra tender. I didnt get the extra tenders, didnt get the shrimp and got the wrong side. Very bad service. They are cracking jokes in the kitchen as there were 10+ people waiting for their food or to place an order. Wont be going there again!

Terrible customer service and the chicken I heard a cook say was green and smells. The manger said its ok and they went in the back some place... After hearing that I told my kids to stop eating the food and that we were leaving. Never again will will go there. I sure hope the manager gets fired for tell their cooks to cook stuff that is spoiled. My wife was a head cook in a Texas and said if her boss tried that hed be fired on the spot. This place wont last long with these types of policys in place.

Went to Popeyes on Alpine NW in Grand Rapids today for the first time. The Drive Thru is very confusing, having to circle the entire building, very unusual. The Drive Thru was very slow; the young man taking orders seemed confused. It took me 15 minutes from the time I turned off Alpine, to order and get my food. One person wrote on the reviews that they were not very friendly; I got that same impression. The food was hot and good but they are going to have to step up their game to compete on Alpine!

Would rate 0 if I could. Been there maybe 4 times in the last month and every time its worse and worse. Today was a 45 minute wait for 3 spicy tenders (had to correct that simple order 3 times when placing it), when I finally got my food it was normal not spicy and was very undercooked sitting in a pool of grease. This is a normal experience at this location. Constantly long wait times, almost always under cooked food, and consistent about getting your order wrong.

The food was cold and dry. Then I tried a red velvet cake that looked very inviting in the picture. What a big let down that was maybe if I let it sit out for a few hrs it would have been fine. I was told this is better then KFC Ha Ha joke. I thought I would give it one more shot sense they first opened thinking it would have been better. I was soo wrong on that. I guess that explains why the employees were standing around.

Waited 5 minutes for my order, which was fine. Got home and they had forgotten a side item. Bummer, but no big deal right? Called to see if I could be refunded and unfortunately I would have to drive all the way over there. No option for a pick up at a later time and no refund unless I packed up the kiddos and made the journey back. Only a few bucks, but needless to say, I will be going somewhere else next time.

Ive been there twice, and twice they got my order wrong. I arrived home with half the chicken I paid for, and the only option they gave me when I called was to drive back down there for more food. They didnt even appologize, or offer any compensation for the trouble. The Manager (maybe Ariana?) was super rude. I wouldnt be suprised if this place is out of business soon.

Slow slow slow!!!! Drive-thru service is horrible. Waited a little over 13 min. From taking my order to getting to the window. Got up to the window and was informed that it would take 5-10 minutes for my wings. Knowing how long it takes to cook such items, I took my money back and left dissatisfied and subsequently, late for my job. To them, "FAST food" must be a joke.
