Two of my associates adn I walked into the KFC (on Westnedge in Kalamazoo) brought out our coupons and asked the cashier about them, immediately she looked and acted like we were bothering her (Stacey, mgr). As well when we asked her a question she was short with us and I even said that we can make her smile and she proceeded to nod but not smile and asked us if we were ready to order or not. She seemed to be pretty angry and did not feel the warmth you usually feel when we are buying products and services from a fast food place such as this. We all ordered the $5 meal but only 2 of us had the side of cole slaw and the other had potatoes. I got to work and after no more than 1/2 an hour I started to feel sick to my stomahce and proceeded to the bathroom where I had a really bad onset of diarrhea and I went to ask my associates only the one who also had cole slaw said she also had the same affect frmo the food. I proceeded to call the resturant and the same Satcey answered the phone and I told her of our situation and asked also if anyone else had complained about the food and or are getting sick. I told her I though it was the cole slaw adn she stated "if you dont have a sample of the cole slaw and cant take it to a lab there is not much you can do". I just told her that I was calling to tell her that I got sick and she was rude and stated the previous again and so I hung up. That was rude and uncalled for. If it were my employee and my place of business the customer is always right adn she had no sympathy for e and my friend at all. I am calling corporate on this and placing this on FB and twitter.Stacey, I hope you have a better day adn stop treating people with such disrespect, we were nothing but very very nice to you and yet you were still rude. The people working there were so rude we never made it through the drive thru. We pulled up asked if they had a certain drink for our child. The short reply was a cold, hard, "NO!" With no suggestions offered for a child. It was so uncalled for. Then we asked if they happened to have fruit punch or juice. "NOPE!" Again no suggestions. I am sorry my toddler doesnt like or drink soda. I looked at my husband and said, "She is so rude. I guess they dont need our business. I am not spending thirty dollars at a fast food restaurant while being treated like crap" We went to Lees right down the road. It was cheaper, with better service, and MUCH nicer employees!

It has to be the most unorganized fast food restaurant Ive ever been to unfortunately my daughter likes it, there where 5 orders placed inside the store before I got there and an unknown amount of people in the drive thru every inside order had to have something substituted cause they where out of something and even then they messed the order up 1 guy came up to the counter just to get butter the cashier looked like a deer in headlights and had to ask 2 other employees where it was I was looking at a full box directly behind her the last 2 times I went there they messed my order up also ugh I will never go there again

I pulled up to the drive-thru menu five minutes before closing and no one would answer the drive thru. The person working the drive just looked at me until 9:00 pm then walk away from the drive-thru window. If they did not want to serve me they could have just said we do not except orders at 8:55 pm. No service deserves no rating. I will never go to the KFC on west main in Kalamazoo Michigan again. KFC on west main in Kalamazoo Michigan gets 0 stars.

I have never til last week had a problem with this location and then I went there got 2 of their 5 dollar fill boxes and they did not put them in with my order and so I went back when I got home my wife said that they did not give us the chicken we order but I was upset enough that I ate what we got. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS LOCATION.

Always mess up your order ......takes forever to get your food gave us a free meal which was supposed to be what we paid for the First time messed that up too charged us for some of it and still didnt get what we ordered hate going here the only reason I ever do is because my husband likes the chicken save your money go somewhere else.

I love coming here but literally every time I do they mess up my order. I work in fast food so I understand that sometimes things happen and people make mistakes but they mess up the same thing every single time. The receipt is right but they still put the wrong thing in the box.

Really great service, but really sad, soggy chicken thigh and leg...kind of like it had been sitting around for a long time. First trip to KFC in about 15+ years, and less than imposed. My boyfriend got a chicken pot pie, and it was good.

Quick and cheap. Not always the friendliest workers. Ive been helped by people that ask you the same question 3 times... and Ive gotten inconsistently prepared food here... So I quit coming here.
