So I pull up to this location at roughly 9:17pm and proceed to place my order in the drive thru. I sat there for at least 3 minutes browsing the menu and saying "hello" no one ever responded. Another cars pulls in behind me and yells out that she called and was told that they are closed. Mind you, this location isnt due to close until 10pm. I pulled forward and decided to call myself and verify. Someone answered the phone and I proceeded to ask if there were closing a whole 30+ minutes before the scheduled and posted time??!!! The woman answered, "no were still open". I said, "ok I will drive back around to place my order". As soon as I stated that I was a customer, she hung up on me. I drove back around anyway and still no answer on the drive thru speaker. I got a good peak in the window. I couldnt see anyone but could hear banging and what sounded like money (loose change) being counted. I called again as I sat at that window peering in and no one answered. Im highly disgusted!!! Stay open during the posted hours. Fire that night time staff and start again!!! There are people out here that want to work and those bums are wasting space.

Waited in drive thru with 1 car at the menu order spot for a hr then waited behind the same 1 car at the window to get there 1 small bag of food for over 30min then we got to the window waited there another 30min to have the girl tell us they was out of coleslaw witch comes with the family fill up for 20 then the mashed potatoes wasnt even full or have hardly any gravy in them the green beans was barley full i told the lady to put fries in the bag in place of the coleslaw and she put a large mac and cheese and of course it was half full and they arent even putting the gravy in a seperate bowl like they are suppose to they are putting it in with the potatoes do not go there to get food

Count on three things with this KFC franchise; 1. Employees have only been there a couple weeks at most, and though they are generally nice people, they are overwhelmed by the mismanagement. 2. Your order will be wrong. 3. The soda machine, tea, tables, and floor will all need attention, either broke, out, or dirty. Whoever owns and or runs this KFC should be fired and run off for gross negligence.

Dont go to the one on 77!!! I keep going back and I dont know why! Tonight was the last straw for me. This is the 3rd time I got wings overcooked to the point burnt and crispy to hard to eat! Which makes no sense when they cook them to order and I wait 9 mins everytime? They are always out of stuff, most times understaffed. Disappointed. Reccommend never to eat at the Lynnhaven KFC

They didnt have any dark pieces of chicken and this was after I called to see if they had fresh chicken...the service was slow thumbs down all the way the green beans had no seasoning and mash and Mac was dry and the busuits were still raw in the middle and the gravy still had power in it....it has went down hill since ms wylene mccullen left the store

I went today around 3 pm and was the only person dining in. The employee who took my order clearly did not want to be there and was borderline rude. The chicken was way over cooked and hardly had any meat on it. I will NEVER go back. Go to Zaxbys or Popeyes down the road if you want delicious chicken and great customer service. This place is terrible.

Worst KFC I have ever had to deal with and I have lived all over the country. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. They are always out of things and take longer then a sort down restaurant to get your food. They should be closed

Never going again....or they have change the store hours posted. Was denied service at 9:15 siting they closed but there were plenty chicken to sell. Drove a friend who were craving some of them....;) no wonder they loose money...change them crew ...

Ate here and year ago and service was rude, tried it again tonight and they are out of what I wanted, 3 items...I think Im done with this restaurant,use to LOVE KFC but the one in Lynn Haven sucks

Asked for fresh chicken; got old, dried out chicken. I even bought the add-on bites and cookies.....horrible!!! Cashier said she didnt know what the cooks were doing.
