I usually ate there every Friday or Saturday since i live right around the corner , the food is ok sometimes they give you extra small pices of chicken ,and the biscuit is hard and dry i guess it depends on who makes them that day , but nobody is perfect , overall i like the food and the service UNTIL the day before Thanksgiving i arrived at the popeyes at 2.05 pm not knowing they would close at 2 pm so i was turned away i was very dissappointed to say the least , and a few days before thanksgiving all the prices went up over a dollar , just ridiculous thats when you get greedy as a business and loose a lot of costumers , way to go popeyes

If I was able to post a picture of the food I received, people wouldnt even think about spending there money there. They should just closed it down because it is a poor operation, a #7 is now served with poor management and horrible customer service, not to mention Cotton! Looked like someone put it in there pocket! the meal should have been fully restored and a apology should have been given, replaced my strips and nothing else was said POPEYES On 231 panama city Florida take your business else where.

This place has rats and bugs. Late at night they get people to come and clear it. People dont know how to clean properly, their food is typically pink and they use old mash potatoes. The staff is extremely rude and service is horrible. Will not eat here or even step foot in here again, I wouldnt if I were you either. Id give them no stars if I could. Completely dissatisfied and disgusted!!

Picked up food for the first time there. Didnt get my order right, and not even spicy chicken to complete my order. Chicken pieces (besides the breast) were tiny like you get in a kids frozen dinner. When I called to voice my concern its like "and"? Ill stick with the Lynn Haven location or the 15th location. Wish I could post a pic of their chicken I took.

Bad experiences every time weve gone here. We love Popeyes, but for some reason our orders are never correct. Popeyes #7 is a five (5) piece, not a three (3) piece. Good luck with future counting of chicken orders.

This is my favorite Popeyes location in all of Bay Co. Clean, fast service, and great food to boot. Defiantly worth a visit for anyone who wants some good chicken.
