The cashier was super friendly. Dakota was her name. The manager on duty Rosie was just down right an awful manager. Managers like her are the reason good employees quit! It was a semi confusing order In front of us, because she was confused she begins to belittle the cashier in front of all the customers. Sad!! She put her hand in her face and everything. Rude! Dakota if you ever read this you are a wonderful worker and its your positive energy that will make me come back. KFC pull it together. There were 6 of us in the lobby all together just now ALL of which are seriously disappointed in what we just had to witness. Positive happy managment = positive happy team= positive happy customers. Rant over.

well let me start by saying im 53yr and I worked at a KFC all through High school so I know my chicken. for the 2nd time I ordered a 10pc hot wings and was very disappointed both times my wing were so over cooked the meat was hard and the coating was burnt Kfc you just lost a life time customer Popeyes is my new goto

It has the best chicken I have ever had. I really like the Cole slaw, as well. This particular one I went to today was very clean, and nice & bright lighting, which made it cheery. I would recommend not only KFC, but this one in Howell, MI.

Great staff and a new worker that was definitely trying to be helpful and polite. We love the greasy chicken, although did not love the greasy floors but hoping they will clean them. Thank you for the great meal and we will see you again.
