I go to this chick fil a multiple times a week , if im going to be honest. I always receive the best service and my order is always right. I have noticed a new face, she might has worked their a while , but i just noticed her. She is an african-american lady with about shoulder length hair and has the attitude of a Mcdonalds worker. I was there 6/20/17 around 12 and she was taking orders in the drive thru. Very rude to me and was rushing me and had a very nasty attitude and nasty look on her face the entire time i was placing my order. This was not my first bad experience with her, I was there some time last week and she was giving food out at the window. Not only did she have an attitude , the order she told me wasnt my order but she had already cashed it out and she acted like it was the biggest deal ever that it had to be fixed. Habving an attitude with the manager assisting her because she had to explain the situation. Of course Im going to continue to use this chick fil a, but something should be done about this employees attitude and I wanted it to be known that it needs to be addressed. Thanks! :)

This is probably the "Best" Fast Food Restaurant to eat at in Covington, Georgia. Hands Down. The customer service is always great. The food is always fresh & hot. And they actually get your order right without any items being missing out of the bag or tray. Plus, you dont have to wait a long time to be served either. I also like how they sometimes serve you outside (depending on the weather) while you are in your vehicle by actually walking up to your vehicle while your in the drive-thru after you have placed your order, (they confirm your order, take your money, provide you with your food with smiling faces without any attitudes). So, I would like to recommend this Restaurant to anyone.

I like the food, I like the company, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we eat here, which is pretty frequently, they leave exactly one item out of our order. That wouldnt be a big deal if we were dining in, but we have a large family and usually take it home. It is a huge inconvenience to either take everything out of the bag, check it, and repack it before we leave or have to drive back up to chick fil-a for ONE item. Also, I must note that we have spoken to the management on numerous occassions, and they have vowed to fix this issue. However, as of 11/15/16 it is still happening.

Well I have been waiting for my order over 20 minutes now and am still waiting. It was 11 oclock on a Saturday when I walked in and the place is beyond over staffed. The problem is the manager stays on a register instead of managing the store so you have a bunch of employees just wandering around not knowing what to do. Very dissatisfied with my visit dont understand why it takes so long to get some nuggets. I will say that the parking lot guy seems to be the only competent employee his name is Ben and if it werent for him helping me I would have walked out already.

this location sucks they give you half portions of ingredients in the salad and i will cost you $7:59 . i eat at chickfil a once a week and that is not normal but the manager on duty say there is nothing she can do its all god because from now on i will get my salads from Zaxby they are better proportioned for that price . i am giving one star because the people that worked this morning when i ordered the salad was very pleasant but i cant say the same from this lunch shift including the manager

Stopped here for a sandwich while driving from Arkansas to SC. It was rush Hour so they had friendly staff at the drive-thru to help speed along the process. Unfortunately they got my order wrong and gave me a spicy sandwich instead of the regular one I ordered. I find the spicy one to be too much so I had to stop a few exits down for a sandwich from a different restaurant. If I was local probably wouldnt be a big deal to fix but since Im just driving through it was a hassle.

Service here is usually very good unless you arrive at a very busy time. The counter is small and they can only wait on a few customers at a time. I now travel thru Covington pulling a large trailer and finding a place to park at lunch time is trouble in spite of the huge parking lot behind the store. If you have an RV or big trailer, dont go here 11:45 to 1PM or you got a long walk ahead of you.

So came with a large group of military folk, staff were pretty busy. No matter what they were very helpful and kind. They said they had a mix up in the kitchen and offered me two promotional cards, super appreciative of that! I didnt mind waiting though. I shows that these peeps take pride in their work!

probably the number 1 best fast food restaurant...... they have reasonably priced food and if the kids dont like the toy in there kids meal they can trade it for an ice dream cone/bowl they have a sound proof kid playroom to stop the noise...quiet atmosphere.... great food (try their lemonade) =)

Its Chick-fil-A so the food is fine. But this location sucks! Its small and always understaffed. It took me like 10 mins in line just to order my food. It also took 5 mins just to get a refill. The drive-through is always wrapped around the building.

Chick-fil-a is an awesome place with good food and great staff. The only problem is there is only one Chick-fil-a here and it is packed almost all the time. Even with that they do a really good job keeping the lines going.

Twice I have received beverages that were wrong and a young lady states, well work on it." There should have been courtesy bevs offered for gas cost and disappointments once arriving home. Hmmmm....must be new managers.

This restaurant has the best crispy chicken and waffle fries ever! And their sweet tea is very good! I do miss their regular salad though. They have fancy ones but I liked just the regular house salad with toppings.

Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food restaurant around! The Chicken is the best, the atmosphere is amazing, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it except. That the prices are really high, but it is all worth it!!!

Best Chick-fil-A around. They are super friendly and helpful. They process orders as fast as I have ever seen and even though the line get long it moves a a good pace. Always clean and staff is cheerful
