Im only giving 1 star because I have to. I came to KFC drive thru and was told to hold. After waiting I finally said hello again and placed the order . I came to the drive thru window and paid for my order . I was told to pull up and wait in one of the parking spots . After waiting 20 minutes my husband went in to see the status of our order. My husband came back and told me to give him the receipt because the order was deleted . I went back in with the receipt and informed he manager in a pink shirt I just wanted my money back . I heard him talking rudely to his co worked stating its not his fault the order got deleted (mind you hes the manager on duty) so I addressed him by calling him rude and the manager continued to argue with me about how its not his fault. He never once apologized for the inconvenience. We waited with 2 babies in the car and not once did anyone say anything to us or apologize for the inconvenience. I will NEVER EAT AT KFC AGAIN! Rude people and terrible customer service

First of all the guy that took the order was great, but when we got our food it was supposed to be for there but they put it to go period did not offer us any plates or silverware or anything when I told them it was here just gave me the bag. I had to get my own plates at the bar and my silverware. Then when we got our food, the chicken and mashed potatoes and coleslaw were great. The gravy was watery and the string beans were bland. When I took the gravy back up to the guy at the bar he poured out my water gravy and gave me my container back to get the gravy that was at the bar. Really? Also I almost fail every time I got up and walked to go get something either to drink or wherever I needed to go. Somebody had spilled something on the floor and it was mopped up however it was still slick. If not for those bad things it was good. The grilled chicken was great.

Today I witnessed the most unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of a manager at KFC. A young lady walked into the store apparently she had been waiting for her order over 20 minutes, she came in and ask for a refund. The store manager became very indignant and start yelling at her stating "its not my fault was the order got deleted". He was literally yelling at her in a room for the customers. It was clearly their error but he just so rude. He even when so far as to try to engage "us" the customers and his ranting. Everyone was stocked and couldnt believe his behavior. The young finally received her refund and walked out. The manager continued the be unprofessional and disrespectful. Due this behavior I will NEVER purchase anything from KFC again. The staff is a representation of the company.

It seems every time my family comes in they are out of something. The last time mangangent said the fryer was shut down if we wanted something it would have to be from what was left over, the store didnt close for another 45 minutes and the fryer is being shut off. This time we watched a customer come back in because his order was wrong and the staff handled the customers returned chicken and attempted to put that chicken back to be served to others. How extremely unsafe for others health not to mention completely unprofessional. The manager was standing right there another customer had to point it out I guess the manager and staff was hoping no one else was watching. I guess maybe when the health inspection is called then they will start serving fresh food not returned food.

Absolutely horrible service....staff did not want to cook fresh chicken...gave me unsweet tea...he swore it was sweet I had him try it and the guy spit it in the floor at the drive thru window.... I absolutely will NOT be back and I will go back tomorrow and speak with a manager with his cold chicken and get my money back!!! This location needs new management and staff or shut down!! Oh and not to mention when you go thru drive thru...they will pull your car up no matter what you order!

This was unbelievable went to the drive up no one anwsered so I park my car and go in stood at the register two guys looked at me then looked at about four more guys in the lobby area with KFC shirts on they looked at me also no one would even take my order all I can do is say I will not be back ever if I want KFC I will go to another town 7/22/17 2:45

The employees dont give a single crap about their customers, no manager on duty, nobody even standing at the cashier, when my order was finaly asked, cashier got aggravated and sarcasticaly rude about the size (two $20 fill-ups). Food was incorrect and cold.

The food bar chicken was dry,dark color, old, and salty. I asked for better chicken the dump some. The biscuits are hard, dry, and old , need help call hardees yall need better biscuits come on. Nothing tasted that great. You are sliding down hill KFC.

My first and last time ever going to this KFC. It was terrible. We got the family dinner and the chicken was dry and hard, it was like chewing on a tire. I had to throw it in the trash. I will never go back.
