Terrible service!!! This is for sure at least the fifth time it has taken over 20 minutes to get a simple order. This place is Hood Run and totally disorganized, they dont even follow the number ordering system. if this was the first time i could understand but this is at least the fifth time within the past month with a nonchalant attitude, when i notify them about these issues they dont care one bit. Go to a different KFC or you will get horrible service and a long wait time.

Worst service ever, girl behind counter did not even smile say thank you, hi or anything. My bun on my sandwich was black, fries half full and it took so long that I didnt even want to wait for another one. Do not recommend to anyone. Absolutely horrible food and service.

My visit was nice a very the people at the restaurant took really good care of me . They were out of pop pies and offered to make me 2 new ones this was 30 mins before closing time. All I can say is good team work taking care of a customer thanks guys

Not the best service. They always say they are out of something we are ordering even if we get there right when they open. They have also forgot to put things in our order. Wish there was another close store to us.

Was just told that they were "all out of legs" and tried to persuade us to get macaroni because shed have to make gravy for potatoes. And theres a guy in this lobby asking us for change. First and last visit.
