Service here is HORRIBLE! I have been here several times due to the fact that is less than 2 minutes away from my home. 9 out of 10 times I have had to wait over 10 minutes and once 26 minutes for my order IN THE DRIVE-THRU! I am recently married and my drivers license has my maiden name on it, my debit card has my marriage last name on it. The manager was extremely rude, saying she could not serve me. I offered to show her my social security card which has my last name, she said no and proceeded to slam the drive-thru door in my face. I have never been so disrespected at a food place. Needless to say, I called corporate to report her. My family and I will never eat at this location again. It doesnt take much to give good customer service! NEVER AGAIN!

They are open til 10:45 on Saturday. went to the drive thru at 7:50 pm. I wanted there special 9 piece spicy. I was told I would have to pay for my order first and it would be 15 min. I spoke with the manager and asked if it they said they did not have all pieces in Spicy. I did not have 20 min to wait. I said I would take the rest in mild. Manager was snotty and was acting like she was being I was being bothersome. Hmmm... Cant sell 30 pieces of chicken in 2 1/2 hours!! Received 6 pieces of cold dried up what looked like pigeon! Really!! Chicken was GARBAGE!!! I use to work for a Popeyes and this was completely unacceptable as far as service and what should be served to a paying customer. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION!!!

First off let me start by saying they have some of the best sweet tea. Each time I order, they get the entire order right, and the chicken is delicious. I deducted two stars because they have opened late, FOUR times, in the last 3 months. Their open time is 10:30. I pull into the drive through anywhere from 10:38 - 10:45 and Ive gotten "Sorry this location is currently closed". Front door is unlocked but nobody thinks to open up the drive-through? I can understand once or even maybe twice. But FOUR times? Thats telling of poor customer service and management.

So I frequent this location very often. Probably once a week. 3/4 times the food is worth it. HOWEVER, today I asked my boyfriend to pick some up for me on his way home. He stood in line for 20 minutes to never be greeted or have his order taken. I then called just to ask if they were busy and the manager was extremely rude. When I brought up the issue all she said was, "he must have seen a line and left." Really? Terrible service.

The food was fine, but the manager was complaining about the customers and grouching at her employees the entire time she was putting together my order. Im assuming she was a manager because she had a different style shirt on than anyone else. She kept saying she wasnt going to argue with the customers in drive thru but the customers inside had to listen. I was just happy that my order came out right!

Service was alright. I ordered two #3s, one spicy and one regular, and a sweet potato pie. Received two regulars and told that the pie would take 8 minutes. They fixed the spicy but didnt tell us the pie was ready; we had to go ask after about 20 mins where the resister employee yelled at another why nobody told her it was ready. All in all, it was good food and not bad service.

We think four stars is okay. Excellent services, hot and fresh food. Kind a long way waiting (22mins) but, understandable...not enought employees. I hold the fifth star, from the temperature inside. The dining room area was Extremely cold. Making the moment way to uncomfortable to eat. Wasnt enjoyable. We change our mind of take the food to go -vs- eat in.

This place was good until I wanted a meal minus the breast. I was told I wanted a #3 I said no the very rude employee kept arguing with me. Went to the drive thru I was told this is not Burger King I cant have it my way. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. I have not been back since nor will I ever go back. Very disrespectful

I have always been given kind and respectful customer service each time I have go to this Popeyes location. The crew always appear to be busy working not playing games and making me wait for my food. I would like to see more effort to keep the drink station clean and organized but overall I always enjoy my experience.

Told me I was gonna wait two minutes ended up waiting 20 then they come up to my car and tell me I have to wait another 15. I saw at least 6 people go in and out of the drive thru while I waited for chicken at a place where they mostly sell chicken. I wont go back.

Always the worst service at all Popeyes. This one is no different than the others. Waited 20 minutes for 5 tenders and Cajun fries. We got maybe 15 fries and they were soggy and gross. $10 for this meal is a joke. Always gotta remember to say no to Popeyes.

I ordered a 16 pieces meal and I got five wings in my box and I didnt see any breast in my box as well. The staffs wasnt very happy working there cuz no one even smile at the customer at all. This location has gone down hill and I wouldnt go back there anymore!

Pretty good for the most part! I get irritated when they are out of a lot of things. But the last few times it has been good. I love the chicken, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I wish they would offer surveys for customers though.

The worst service I have ever experienced. If they dont have certain cuts of chicken, they just give you what they want instead of just saying "we dont have any breast or thigh available" ect. They really need to restart everyone there.

Service is incredibly slow at this location. Last 3 times I went here they forgot to put the dipping sauce for the tenders with my order. This is by far the worst Popeyes location Ive been to.

The biscuits are extremely salty and gross. They messed up my order. Ordered mashed potatoes and they gave rice. The chicken isnt flavored enough. All in all KFC is way better in my opinion.
