I went to the Popeyes in Winder, Ga. today around 1PM. I went thru the drive thru. First the guy taking my order was very rude. He acted like he wished we werent there. I got to the window and another young man was waiting to take my money. He handed the drink out the window and it was wrong so I asked that my order be repeated. The guy that took my order came rushing over and starts talking all over me and the young man who was attempting to repeat my order. He repeated my order, which was taken wrong, then the guy that took it came over, asked if I had specified what kind of chicken I wanted to which I specified I had not but I would have preferred dark. Then he is yelling at me "Then Im right? Then Im right?" Then he opens the box of chicken to show me it is dark meat. By this time I am very angry and told them I would go into the store. Once inside there is no manager, just a shift leader. She was very helpful. I explained to her what happened, she gave me a number and took my order. All the while the loud mouth from the drive thru is hovering trying to fix my order. I asked the young lady to kindly make him leave me alone, which she did not, paid for my order and left. As I was leaving I could hear his rude remarks about how you just cant please some people. I will never go there again. My family will never go there again. That was my first and only experience with them. I will drive to Athens for Popeyes chicken from now on...but it will be quite a while before I do...If I do. The only reason I gave them a star is because you cant post without at least one being checked.

If you want horrible service and food poisoning, this is the place! Spent over $10 on a five piece chicken tender combo. Guy at the window gives me a Styrofoam cup with a plastic cup lid. So majority of my drink spilt in my vehicle. Asked him for a foam cup lid and he stated those were the only lids they have. He said he could give me a plastic cup though. Okay, Im no rocket scientist, but why didnt you put in the plastic cup if all you have are plastic lids! These are the people that are demanding $15 an hour. Wow. I return to my office to eat. Had to wait 10 minutes for the tenders to cook. 3 of the 5 tenders were breaded raw chicken. Absolute waste of time and money. I wouldnt eat at this place if they were giving away food.

Ive never had any issues with the food or service at this location. Tonight I had to wait on an order to be cooked so the girl at the drive thru asked me to pull around. Well 20 minutes later I still had no food so I called the store and let the manager know I was parked outside. He was extremely apologetic and promptly brought to out. Things happen in life, nobodys perfect, kudos to the manager for handling the situation so well.

Ali the manager is the reason I will go out of my way to never eat here again. Not only did he and his crew get half of a 4 item order wrong but he was the rudest example of a leader I have ever encountered. Bottom line is if their district manager allows this man to continue to work , they both need to be under review. Would post with no stars if possible.

Horrible. Avoid at all cost. The manager is extremely rude. Nothing like eating your chicken and listening to the cook drop the F bomb the entire time you are sitting down eating! I mean hell I know I am in Winder but damn at least you can be respectful that their are customers in the restaurant! I am sorry that your probation officer is pissed off at you!

I went through the drive thu and asked if i could split the $42 bill half cash and half on a card, she said yea so she took the 20 and charged it all on the card and kept the $20, now denys me giving her a 20 to split the bill........what a bunch of thieves that work at this popeyes.......

crappy food, none of the sauces really are in tone with the taste of the chicken, nothing there goes good together, nor does it even taste good individually. Nothing against the location they were nice people, but popeyes is a step BELOW chicken express js.

Always nice to my family. They give my autistic child a smile and call him by name and sometimes just an extra chicken finger or two and it makes his entire day. They are definitely his favorite!

The website clearly says that the lobby is open until 11 on a Friday night! We walked in (door unlocked) at 930 and were told the lobby was closed!!!! Unbelievably Rude Employees!!!!!
