Rudest customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! Called to order a pizza and the woman over the phone was so unbelievably rude and condescending and then had the audacity to say "were so far behind in orders that we just cant help you right now" Were house sitting in a city we are not familiar with so we dont know the crossroads around us but that should not give a company the right to treat the customer as if they are stupid and wasting the companys time! An exact address should be sufficient enough in the year 2016 to deliver a pizza! On top of it, when we said we needed to use a credit card she got all rude again and said youre gonna have to hold on because theres a separate line for credit card orders! Uhmmm what...why is that not explained at the beginning of the phone call?! Dont condescend your customers...that is the fastest way to lose business! Your business lost a big order as well as a big tip for whomever the delivery driver would have been!

We ordered for the first time and the food arrived 30 minutes late. They forgot part of our order. The food was cold. The breads ticks were put in the same container as the lasagna and spaghetti which made the bread sticks soggy and unable to be eaten. No cheese on the calzone. We called back to speak to a manager. They played games; we were kept on hold for over 10 minutes. Each person, 3 of them, that came to the phone claimed to be the manager then, after explaining problem, said they were not the manager. It appears that this company employs unsupervised and immature employees here. Ultimately, they offered no satisfaction. They refused to replace food or even bring the forgotten item. We asked for our money back and that is when they hung up on us. If, after reading this, you think I and exaggerating; after you receive your order delivered, you will know I am NOT.

Saw a red plum flyer in my apartment mailbox, the menu looked externaive and unique. I gave my order over the phone and the lady who took was nice. My chicken fingers/fries and fried mushrooms were ready when I arrived (2 mins. Before the 15 mins I was told). The food was GREAT, chicken fingers and fries were comparable with Red Robins which is in my opinion rare to find. The fried mushrooms were unique and better than I had imagined. Also the ranch was the DELICIOUS homemade ranch. The portion size was was HUGE, same amount of chicken/ fries if not more than at any chain casual restaurant (applebees, Red Robins ect.) for the measly price of $.98 are you serious, AWESOME!! Ill be back especially because the deliver so far from their location!

Cold...speciality bbq ckn. First time ever ordering and will be my last. Call the manager who said she made the pizza herself and explained it was cold hardly any chicken on it, and for being a large pizza for $25....it looked more like a med. She never offered a credit nor a replacement. Her comment was, "Im not the owner so NOTHING I can do." Pretty pathetic first time impression for my family from out of state who is all about supporting local businesses. It will not allow me to post the pic of the pizza. And to the manager Marilyn...nice job on first impressions!

Horrible service! Took 1 1/2 hours to deliver 10 mins down the road. Was put on hold for 10 mins while trying to order. Then they hung up before i could give them my name and payment info. When i called to ask where our food was the woman on the phone was beyond rude. When the delivery girl finally got there she argued with me about how long it took. This has happened to me twice (months apart). Im done with this place and will tell everybody i know about the horrible service. Its a shame because the food is really good.

They have really, really good food. Make sure you ask them to repeat your order back AND make sure you got what you ordered. They still make errors. Food: awesome. Service: greatly improved! They remade mine without a problem. Thank you!

flavors werent added to crust,extra sauce was not added pizza was dry price was high for the two large bread and salad deal. Im new to area but must say the first impression is a lasting one I will not be back.

Pizza isnt that great. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they only put 1 pepperoni on the whole pizza. Extremely disappointed. Also, the cheese tastes a bit like plastic.
