Waited for atleast 30 minutes for a grilled bucket of chicken and ended cold, dry, and old chicken . There were no tables clean or any clean high chairs. We had to clean our own table. Staff didnt know what was going on. Every one would just disappear at times in the kitchen and counter like they all decided to go on break with 4-5 people in line. The poor guy taking orders obviously had not had any training because everybody that orderd, he was struggling to find stuff on the screen. A guy in front of me complained to the manager but she looked frustrated and threw his food at him on the counter and he said, "is the manager here?" she said she was the manager and walked off. Boy he was pissed. The same moment a lady came in from the drive thru and said she had waited atleast 30 minutes on her order, well she ended up just leaving. Im not sure how corporate keeps this place open it is an embarrassment to the franchise.

After going through the drive thru I was stopped on my way home and issued a citation stating I would be arrested if I returned to this KFC for trespassing. What a way to run customers off. If you have a dispute with the manager you will be arrested for trespassing. Never mind they dont care that you had to wait 18 minutes in the drive thru to receive your order and then did not give any condiments even if you asked for them. I did not cuss them only asked for hot sauce to go with my wings. Never again

This restaurant has very poor customer service! I would not waste my time nor gas driving to this location!! Store hours are 10:00 am - 11:00pm lobby closes at 10 drive thru at 11. When I walked up to the door at 10:20 the staff turned me away telling me the they were closed. I asked about drive thru they stated no. I pointed at the hours on the door and the staff member shrugged and looked back at the other staff. Drive thru window wide open just careless and lazy!!

This kfc needs either a new staff or they need to shut this restaurant down its rediculous on how bad the service is here. And its closer by my house didnt want to drive to Conyers but ended up doing that anyways. Look this feedback is real not fake Do Not Waste Your time driving to this restaurant smdh

Food was prepared properly but unfortunately they did not have it correct. Went through the drive-thru and had to go in to correct it. Was approached by the window employee who was VERY rude. They were not that busy so I cant understand the hostility. Have a great day KFC.

I took a drink of my sweet tea and got a mouth full of this. Idk if its coffee grains or tea grains but its disgusting and unnecessary. And my mashed potato bowl didnt have any corn in it. I will not be coming to this kfc anymore. The people are rude too.

Terrible customer service.The manager was rude and on his phone and we received our food after two people that were behind us in line even though we waited in line for almost 5 minutes before getting served

Second time in a the last two weeks. Chicken overcooked and sides undercooked. Must be under new management. Drive thru speaker has been down for over a month. I wouldnt waste my time here again.
