Classless owners of Bumpers Landing. Heather and Paul decided not to honor their commitment (which has been on their books for over 2 months). A party was booked by one of the managers. When I told them on a Sunday that I was looking forward to my party on July 15th, they knew nothing about it. I got a call that Tuesday (only 5 weeks before the scheduled party) saying they werent willing to do anything to help and cancelled the party. If you like to support businesses where the owners put a high value on customer service, then I would ABSOUTELY AVOID Bumpers Landing and Taylor Ford (Pauls main business).

Hopefully we caught them on an "off" day because the experience was poor. The location is beautiful and the view was great. Our server wasnt very attentive to us and our food wasnt great. We brought a dog with us and enjoyes the patio seating, choosing this restaurant for having an area that was pet friendly. We didnt ask for water for our pet, but a table near us with a pet that arrived after us was given a water bowl right away - i ended up sharing my water cup to keep my pet hydrated. Also the umbrellas on the patio kept blowing away and almoat hit 2 customers during our visit. Overall, disappointing.

Went here with a friend and sat at the bar for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged, even after making eye contact with the bartenders. Drinks and food were average - not outstanding not terrible. The service was horrible however. Waited about 20 minutes after finishing my drink to be served another one. At the end when paying, I was given attitude by the bartender when I paid in cash. I noticed that unless you were a "regular" then you didnt get any attention or respect. Will not be returning here.

My finance and took a cruise down the river and decided to stop by bumpers for lunch. With just the two of us on the boat we were very happy to find they had a deck hand waiting as we pulled into the slip and he helped us get tied up. Both of us got burgers and they were great. Cant beat the view of watching boats go down the river either. Special bonus they let us keep our beer coozies. Well for sure be returning. I hear boat parking is at a premium depending on when you go.

ABSOLUTELY the most horrible service! The waitres snapped at my dad after he had to find her to ask for the bill after patiently waiting for 10-15 minutes without a drink and a table full of plates. Then it took another 15 minutes. She came to the table and and said she needed to see what we had so she could ring up our bill?! Are you kidding? We both had a burger and fries and one cocktail. Not a place to eat. Nice place nice view. A place for drinking but definitely not dining.

Servers werent educated on the specials. I went here for the "$5 burger and brew deal", I saw on Facebook and the server had no clue what I was talking about. My comment was deleted off of the Facebook page when I told them about my experience here. Social media reputation is important, just saying. You wait a very long time to get pizza (at least an hour). Personally, I feel the food is over priced for what you get.

Although the renovation looks great, the wait staff is the same rude, slow people with the exception of a couple. The food and drinks are extremely expensive. My daughter ordered the buffalo shrimp and got a few teeny pieces that were cold. I used to love it at bumpers. I hope that a few more weeks will give them time to get their act together for the busy summer boating season.

Adequate Diet Pepsi. Thats where our meal ended. Ordered, and then waited for an hour and fifteen minutes, only to receive a quizzical look from our waitress when we inquired about our meal. We walked out, and are currently at another area restaurant. Bumpers seems to pack in the drinking/boating crowd, but Ill never again choose it as a dining destination.

Food over priced and not very good off a very limited menu. Always out of something making menu even smaller. Drinks are short poured and are very expensive. Service is horrendous, managers are clueless with zero experience on actually how to manage a bar. Dock help is not reliable as in most days they dont have it at all.

I love the food but I have never experienced such bed service in my life. The owners girlfriend was so rude to a table and was swearing to the customers. Then the owner did nothing to stop it. So unprofessional. The owner and his girlfriend caused a big scene and treated the customers so bad. That lady was crazy. So sad.

This place sucked I will never go back the server didnt want to serve us because we had a pitbull! The umbrellas flew more then once and hit multiple people, and our server didnt bring our dog some water but gave a poodle water. All in all never again will I waste my time or money (fast-food is way better)

Well, this place is a fight waiting to happen. Owner is and was always a douche bag. Food overpriced, drinks overpriced. Just looked at my bank statements and charged my card 3 TIMES!!! $188 x 3 charges!! Ive been a boater for over 30 years and Ill be taking my business across lake to mikes or elsewhere.

Great place to meet up with some friends and have a few drinks. They usually have live entertainment at night but the food is nothing to write home about. The night I was there the music was inside because it was raining and it was so loud we couldnt even have a conversation with our friends.

Owner is blatantly making racist comments, directly to patrons. The place is a dump, and its obvious now why--- the owner has no class, and is completely ignorant, and you really do require some of those assets to run a business. Good luck in life, dude.

My bill was 23 dollars i paid with a 50. I waited for change it never came. I then ask about my change and was was kicked out by the owners freind named dan. The little short guy was rude and thought he was a tough guy. Never again will i go there

Great location, busy, nice staff. They were slow, though, and given it was the Parade of Lights it felt like they should have been prepared for the crowd. Parking was impossible because of the crowd for the Parade. The band was great!

Great food, great service, and a great owner ... Been going there since the he reopened it never had a bad experience here !!!! I recommend the trying the burgers very good . Also a great patio atmosphere overlooking the water!!!

Great remodeling job. Flooring is beautiful. Food was great, especially the fries! We had burgers and large specialty salads. All were yummy. We pulled in via boat and enjoyed sitting outside by the water. Bathrooms were nice.

Waitress and table busser were nice. Food was long in coming, so bill was discounted. Fish & chips, grilled cheese with soup, burger with sweet potato fries nicely prepared and presented. River/boat view very awesome.

This place is the worst! Remodel is nice but you need to over haul the service and food. Waited forever for drinks.... tables next to us getting their own plates and menu and it wasnt even busy. Never again
