This was really not very good. I tried the shrimp chow mein and sweet and sour chicken. The chow mein was terrible, just bean sprouts and shrimp in hot water with a bag of crispy noodles on the side. The sweet and sour chicken was better, but they put the sauce in with the chicken so the breading turned to mush and fell off. Cant say that I would ever go back and definitely cant recommend to anyone, sorry.

My fiancée and I used to LOVE going here, we used to go there once a week, if not more. But over time the food quality declined and it just wasnt as good as it used to be. The breading on the chicken was soggy and it was waayy over breaded. We havent been there in a while, and honestly were kind of afraid to go back. Hope they get it together because we would love to go back again!

The best food ever and much of a variety great food overall but for the people who gave a bad review f**k you you piece of s**t Ive work there for 5 years and the food there has "meat" in the wontons, the sweet n sour sauce isnt watered down, the chicken isnt rubber its jus that you have no taste buds so yeah

Not that I really have had a chance to say I hate it or love it. But every time Ive called there to order food the phone rings and rings and rings during "OPEN restaurant hours" So change your hours or be there. This has happened several times to me. Maybe its just a coincidence!

The food is pretty decent and they have friendly staff. The restaurant looks shady and its in a bad location. The business has been around for decades and in all honesty, it doesnt appear that theyve changed anything since its opening. Good for a Chinese food fix in a small town.

Its a rare occasion to find a place this terrible. Its not even that good for Americanized Chinese food, its worse than that. Its just bad. Very disappointing and wished it was better, but yet being the only Chinese restaurant in Richmond its logical it would be bad.

This place is the best. I have been going here since I was little. All you negative reviews apparently dont know what good Chinese food is. Prices are great, staff is super friendly, and all the food is delicious.

I think Leongs has great food. We live about 30 miles away and it is always a treat for us to pick up some take out from there. I have a hard time find Chinese food I like so it was a huge relief to find them.

I order out from here on rare occasion and its really good. Sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an egg roll, all of it is amazing. Not bad service either its about 15 mins for a carryout

Horrible portion size. Wonton soup didnt even have meat in the wanton. The almond chicken was almost flat (litterally. It didnt have much taste either.. Worst Chinese restaurant ever.
