Went with a huge group of people. Service was good, but she kept forgetting things. Our app never came until we reminded her, & if you order a salad that should come out before you get your food & thats not the waitresss fault. However, our food was not very good. Wings were over cooked, with barely any sauce & rock solid. Some things definitely need some working on. Disappointed in Buffalo Wild Wings, they are known for wings, & I would have rather went and bought frozen ones. Improvements definitely need to be made!

Not the best managed Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been to. Waitresses could use additional training which would directly correlate to their managers not putting in the proper time. Dont go here looking for great service its basically take out with some seats and TVs. Wings could use more sauce as well. Local craft beer selection is a plus, you just feel cheated with having to tip. Do not have high expectations.

Ten of us went for a birthday party, Our waiter keep our drinks full and the food came out quickly, TVs in the usual spots had several different sporting events on, but no sound made it easy to talk and enjoy our apps and beers. Excellent customer service, our server Keith did an amazing job. Thank you!

Screw this place 60 mins waiting for food that was told it woild be ready in 20 mins and no apologizes what so ever. Nothing was said by manager or any of employees. Waited 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Avoid at all cost. Much better places to eat

Horrible service! Waited almost an hour for our food. Had to ask hostess for drink refills. Dips for appetizer platter were missing, by the time waitress brought everyone was finished. Long wait to pay bill. Could see other dissatisfied patrons too. Will never return!

I see one of the main complaints is it takes forever for someone to get you seated, its still that way. Stood there for 5min before anyone even bothered to greet us. Also the prices are higher and you get less food than other locations, absolutely ridiculous.

Always love the wings at B-dubs! I wish there was a better method of showing their current draft beer selections, this is always a snag point in our drink ordering process. Good food but the wait has been a little slow from time to time.

I travel very frequently for work and have been to dozens of BW3s this year. Gaylord, MI has been my best experience. The bartenders are top notch and the food is as good or better than other BW3s I have have visited. Cheers and thanks!

A great place to go with friends after a long day. The staff here is fantastic and the food is the typical Buffalo Wild Wings but I find it to be good. I have been to a couple bad buffalo wild wings but this one is solid!

Food is good at this location, similar to any other B-Dubs. Location is nice , its also fairly new, probably around 5 years old. Have had my order messed up twice but not a big deal.
