Horrible Service and will not go back there ever again! This is the first restaurant that I have ever walked out because of poor service in my life. My experience was a Saturday night we went there approximately around 5:30pm.. We waited 20min until we were seated for a party of 5. It took 20min until we ordered drinks and placed our food order. Once we received our drinks they were not correct. The waiter never came back and checked on us. My husband ordered a draft beer and never received it. Did I mention when he ordered the draft beer my husband kindly asked "what was on tap" the waiter told us to look in the book, there were 22 to choose from and the waiter was rude when he said that! Well we waited 40min, never was checked on, drinks wrong, hubby never got the draft.. We asked our waiter to speak to the manager. The waiter said, "the manager was too busy at the moment." We then asked for a bill to leave.. The waiter tried to make us pay 12.50 for Wrong drinks!! Terrible service.. Will never go there or recommend it to anyone!! While we were there three tables up and left as well.

My family and I went here tonight at 6.45 and had to wait fifteen minutes to even be seated at a table. Once we were seated at the table we were never even approached for a drink order. Another table that was leaving had seen that we along with three other ables were not being waited on and said good luck as they left. They also stated they had to wait a long time. After waiting a half hour and never being spoke to we left and went to Pizza Hut for wings instead. At Pizza Hut we were greeted right away and ordered our drinks within minutes. It is really unfortunate that the service is so terrible when it really has great food. I see in below comments coporate keeps saying they are going to remedy the problem yet it still is not being done. Leadership starts from the top down!

Our sandwiches were good but the curly fries were so soggy, they were hard to eat. We both ordered draft beer and it tasted like 5 different beers ran through the line before pouring our order. The manager spent more time chatting up his female waitstaff (who spent more time chilling at empty tables than working ) than anything else. Not the greatest, would not recommend.

Wings etc. is a chain restaurant do you kind of get what you pay for but the service in Columbia City was awful and the food tasted like it had been under a warmer for hours. This place has only been open a short while and if they expect to continue in Columbia City they are going to need better management.

I know that everyone has bad days but the service at Columbia City "Tiffany" was the worst. All I wanted was some food and she made me feel miserable. Food was mediocre but the fact that you feel like dirt when walking out is not cool. Very disappointed with the food and most of all the service that I got.

Good food but slow, if you have over and hour and want to sit around and talk then this is the place, like I said food was great just slow even though it was not packed. Also dont be afraid to wave down a person when you need a refill.

Fried pickles were great sliders where good but not prepared the way I asked and the loaded tots I ordered where served cold. Waitress was friendly but obviously new. Wife loved here Philly Cheese steak and hot fries.

I am so happy this place has made it to town, we needed a wing place and its nice to see a little variation of restaurants in the area. I will say I was a little upset that a pint of Guinness cost me $7.75.

The wings are amazing! But dont just stick to the wings, the Etc. Is also amazing! Try the big nasty! Great service even with one of our waiters being trained as we ate! Definitely worth the visit.

Very slow service but its a newer place in town so it gets aweful busy. Waited a long time for our food and with 3 kids thats not always a great thing! But the wings are the best is town!

Other than the bar, this restaurant is taking space until Columbia City gets the next place. Want wings then I can go to Brunos and get a product someone cares about when its being made.

I have had wings here numerous times, so happy they came to Columbia City, the staff in the bar area is great ( never have dined in dining room ) i think they wings are really good.

Lunch today as we came to Columbia City, seated promptly and not pressured to order. Food was timely and well prepared. Wonderes about 2.39 iced tea but burger was good.

Pretty good hot wings and shrimp, service is very friendly. Prices arent terrible, unless you have a taste for dirt. In that case, guinness is $7.75 a pint.

Wings come just soaking in a basket of sauce. Ive had far better. Seen the pool of sauce my wings were floating in and was instantly disappointed.
