I had a birthday part here last week. The service was worse than that new Ghostbusters film. We waited two hours for our food to arrive, and after only thirty minutes, our waitress disappeared. It was some real Harry Potter like magic; we could NOT find her. We ended up getting our drinks from the bar and other waitresses, and eventually some of my party found a manager to ask what was up. The computer system was down and we did have a large group, but that doesnt really excuse that long of a wait. It took more time to get our food than it took for me to poop it back out again. I was there for just over four hours, and many of my guests over three. They did end up comping the meals which was nice, but a few peoples orders were still wrong. We didnt feel like waiting two more hours, so we just went with it since it was a week night. I have had other experiences here that I would rate as a three of four star, but last week sucked hard. Even if I knew the meals would be free, I wouldnt have chosen to wait that long. I know they will blame IT for this, and that is what is disappointing the most. I called two days ahead of time to let them know I was going to have a large party. I called earlier in the day to give them a heads up. I even arrived over an hour before I told my guests to arrive, but even with all of that, they dropped the ball fast and hard. Adequate management would have solved this, and it doesnt impress me that they blamed the IT systems as we watched all the tables around us come and go twice over. As much as I want to leave an angry review based on this one experience, I cant do that. Overall, with my several times dining here, they have earned a two star rating. I would say I wouldnt come back, but someone gave me a gift card to here, so I will at least one more time. Hopefully their performance will instill some more confidence in me. The food is worth the price, and it can be fun with friends. The trivia is nice as well, but they rest too much on the fact that they ran Hooters out of town. Hopefully they will get some more competition soon and step up their game.

It was 1:30 PM on a Sunday. The lions were playing at the time, so this location was somewhat busy; however, I placed a takeout order, and simply observed while waiting for food. While I was waiting for my order, the hostesses (it appeared three had switched around in the time I was there) had called a table that had already been set. There was a 45 minute wait for a table; the prior example proves to me the reason why. Seemingly no communication between the team up front, and I saw the same few people darting around with orders in back; it seems only few people did the majority of the work. This is likely due to division of service by BWWs staff (runners, hostess, etc.); this distribution of labor obviously works against this team environment. As for my food, I got an order of small mild traditional wings and "regular" size of salt and vinegar fries. My food was still hot when I got back to my house (not a far drive, but I give them points for freshness); however, the wings were drowned in sauce to the point there was a sizable puddle in the box, and the fries hardly had any seasoning at all. I have been to other BWW several times for takeout, but as a first at this location, I regret to say this will be the last. I have always been on the fence with BWW; Im not much of a sports fan (hence the takeout), and I have to acknowledge its pricey for what you get, but I love chicken wings, and the consistency of other locations had kept me coming back. Though, with this most recent visit at the Alpine location, I have been pushed off the fence; I will not be returning to BWW.

We stopped in around 10:30pm after a very long day running all over Detroit on the other side of the state. When we walked in there was a sign saying that we could go and seat ourselves. I had only been sitting there a minute when a girl swung by and said theyd be right with us. She returned pretty quickly and took our drink order. Seeing that it was 10:30pm and I had been up since 7am...and spent a lot of time driving I probably was not the most friendly. She returned with our drink order and asked if we wanted to do any of the $3 apps. We opted to go with the mozzarella sticks. About the time those came out is when she took our order for the main meal. I like that she spaced things out so that they didnt all come out at the same time. I went with my typical order of boneless wings with honey bbq. I went with a snack size as I wasnt super hungry. Overall they were fine, but I kinda felt they may have been cooked a little too long as a couple of them were a little hard. Our server was fine. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. She kept our drinks full and checked on us a couple times. This is the first location that I have been in that has a TV in front of the urinals in the mens bathroom. But overall the place was clean, and your typical BW3.

I have been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for many years until TODAY. I called in an order for pick up during my break time at work around 7:50PM, they said it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived at BW3 around 8:10PM, my order was not ready at all. Another guy who placed an order after me came and grabbed his order (while I was still waiting for mine). It was 8:25PM and I was still waiting for my order, they placed an order on the counter with a promised time of 8:28PM (but it was not mine). They finally came out and gave me my order around 8:30PM, no explanation given or anything. I politely asked to speak with a manager because I just spend most of my break waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready long before. I spoke with the manager about the situation and he was rude, unhelpful, and did not express any type of understanding or empathy.

Should negative stars. Unless Im wrong Michigan resturants are non smoking. I came here with my husband on our first date since my child was born. We were excited to sit on the patio and get some fresh air for the first time this spring. We were very disappointed that a lady a few tables over lit up several cigarettes during dinner. She had many interactions with the waitress, while she was smoking, who didnt seem to mind at all. There was clearly a no smoking sign on the wall in the patio. Good thing we didnt bring our newborn son to come inhale the secondhand smoke. Next time well just go to a different Buffalo wild wings across town.

0 for 3 at this location, Poor service, no manager upon request. After waiting 10 minutes for a table, when I could see 5 plus open tables the whole time, ordered pops and appetizer. We got the drinks and ordered 36 wings between 4 guys. The app came out in a reasonable time frame, 40 minutes after ordering and 12 after asking for the manager our group left, telling the waitress to have the manager take care of the drinks and app. I gave this location 3 chances with no change, now and I am done!
