The wings are always good, but tonight was a bad service experience. I have served tables in the past and this was not acceptable. The server was pleasant, but didnt do her job as far I was concerned. When taking our order, normally a server will ask if I want an appetizer. Higher the bill, higher the tip, right? I had to ask for it. When the food came, which was good, she came back to check on us and how our food was when we were practically done. I had to flag her down for a refill on my water. When she came back with my water, she brought the bill out and just wanted to turn the table. They were NOT busy at all. I would have had dessert, but didnt want to wait for it since I was feeling pushed out. She just brought the bill and didnt bother to ask if we wanted anything more. On a side note, all of the servers seemed to be more worried about gossiping at the wait stand than serving the customers. I think I will stick with the bar the next time I go.

The food is great, but they dont really put much sauce on. If you like your wings really saucy, I suggest Wings Etc. over at Maysville Pointe. (Its a few buildings over) I will admit, the last time I was there, the service wasnt so good, but the manager gave me half off my total bill, so that made things better. The food is great on any night, just dont go during March Madness, because there is pure chaos in there! Plus the line to get in is HUGE. The prices are all at about a 6.50-7.00 minimum, which isnt an "awesome" value, but the food is worth it. All in all, I dont lie during my reviews, so go on over there and get some good wings, and 100% free refills, which a lot of area places dont offer anymore.

Love this place. I have always been fan of wings, and especially buffalo wild wings. I have been to BWW in many cities now, new york, new jersey, ohio etc. They never let you down. Now i live across this specific BWW, so i am already a regular. Nothing special, just your usual awesome BWW place. Although because of its location it has a little mellowed down ambiance, which other might not like, but i actually prefer a chilled down atmosphere rather than a really loud one. I have never had to wait to be seated in the last 4 times that i was here in last 2 weeks. Its never that crowded. Would recommend. Would visit again. and again.

Service used to be better. Since the remodel service in the bar is fairly consistent but whenever we sit in the family area it is always a bad experience. Multiple times we have received incorrect drink orders or items of food have been forgotten by the server. Tonight after waiting 30 minutes for a table we left. The lobby was constantly full and there were 4 to 5 tables left unset the entire time. The wait staff had no sense of urgency in clean up or taking care of people. We took our business elsewhere and will probably continue to do so.

Solid sports bar. Standard wings chain. The main area has been redone within the last year or so. Its a bit crowded and noisy, but the service is sound, the menu typically good for a wings place, and the prices reasonable. On several visits, the food arrived promptly, and we had courteous service. The seperate bar area is popular with a younger crowd. Good place to watch sports with friends new or old.

Waited for an hour with only drinks. Watched four tables get sat, waited on pay and leave before we ever got our appetizer which by the way never ended up coming. Complained to the manager who offered to comp our drinks and nothing else never even said sorry just that they were busy which is a lie because their was 7 empty tables. Left with out eating i will never eat their again

Best of the four BDubs Ive been to this year - handled my group of 11 and random orders and a few after-order changes super well. All came rather quickly and tasted great. Our waiter, wish I remembered names, had A game on and didnt show annoyance at changing orders (which is rare). It is an awkward location stuck along 469 but well worth the extra minute to drive back to.

Good wings lots of heat very fun sauce. Id recommend the mango habanero for those who want to test the water and then you may go for more or less heat. The service was kinda slow but thats understandable since they very often have special discounts and a crowd to feed. Must try for wings-lovers in fort wayne tho!

Ate their twice in July 2015. Good food and good service. Our meal took nearly thirty minutes to come out during one of our visits. The server apologized and the manager came out and apologized and comped our meal (for four) without us complaining. We greatly appreciated that and will be back!!!

The place was great until the recent remodel. Now its feels cramped since they stuff more tables/chairs into the bar and family area. The wait staff seemed to struggle while moving between tables in the bar. The food took an extremely long time after we ordered. But the food was great.

Terrible. 2nd time in a row where weve waited over an hour for our food. A 5 top, ordering wings, gets served before our 3 top ordering wings. I dont get it. Wait staff should probably be reconsidered. Dumb, airheaded teens are the worst employees ot hire.

Waited for an hour while hosts gave away our table 3 times. Said several times they were cleaning off out table, then continued to seat other people. Was not a good experience. Maybe get some hosts that know what theyre doing.

Waited almost an hour for a table when they said we would have a table in 20 minutes. The hosts gave away our table 3 times. Worst service ever. Hence, we went to the Dupont one with a choice of table. Never go to Maysville!!!

This place has a really great atmosphere. Their menu is okay, but dont expect outstanding food. The service is pretty good for the most part, but it reallt depends on your server. My kids really like this place.

Hour and a half to get take out after an estimated 45 minutes. So poorly staffed that no one could pick up the phone or help customers and staff was not very friendly. Will not return to this location.

Best wings in town, hands down. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonably quiet and well behaved, even on a big game night. Ive tried most other wing joints in town and no one beats this place!

For some reason or another, causes terror on the poop deck every other visit! Sharp stomach pains, followed by etc. Its not the type of food cuz it doesnt happen at other wing places!

50 min for appetizer after hour and half of wait for food and watched several tables come and go we talk to a manager and he said o well we do best can we left without eating
