A group of my colleagues and I came to Wings to relax and wind down after a long day. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, however, another waitress was not and was rather rude. One of my colleagues ordered a drink and a waitress named Erin (not our original waitress) came to our table and said the name of the drink, my colleague stated it was hers, and then Erin proceeded to slam the bottle on the table, spill some of it on the table (almost getting it on myself and my colleague sitting across from me) before walking away muttering things under her breath. We were all taken aback by her behavior. When our original waitress came back to check on us, I asked her if there was something wrong with the other waitress and told her what happened. She proceeded to tell me that the other waitress was just having a bad day and that one of her tables walked out without paying. We were sorry that that happened to her...but we arent that table that didnt pay the bill and she didnt need to treat us disrespectfully because of something that someone else did! Her behavior was rude, her actions were messy, and her attitude made our experience at Wings unpleasant. We have never had a bad experience at Wings before and her actions left us wondering if we could feel comfortable in a place where we go to find some relaxation. I hope this doesnt happen to other customers and that she doesnt continue to treat them like she did us.

Id rated this restaurant a 5 star in the past, used to love the food and service, but it seems the service has gone downhill in the past year. We recently took my father there for dinner and his order was quite messed up, weve had a few issues with this particular server who started there a couple of months ago. Then there was even more confusion and the assistant manager proceeded to argue with us rather than acknowledge our disappointment with the service. My father also ordered beer cheese pretzels after the initial mess up and we were all nearly done with the food by the time they arrived. Ive sent a letter to the owner and never received a response. Quantity seems to be the focus of this restaurant, they dont seem to care much about keeping regular customers by providing a good quality of service.

Came here tonight to low-key celebrate A friends graduation, so we grabbed a table in the bar where we were instantly greeted by our server, who took our drink orders. After we got our drinks we ordered our food, which was very good we all got some boneless wings. Pretty standard. The only thing that made me uneasy was how unfriendly our waitress was. There were times when all we would do was ask a simple question and shed respond with eye-rolling, short answers...she was good with refills and all that. And checked on us numerous times but I really felt like i was just a burden to her more or less...other than that we had a great time. I myself will return in search of friendlier service

Ok food. Service depends on the waitress. Some good some horrible. Food that day depends on the cook. Ive gotten raw wings before but Ive also got them fully cooked and they were good. Wait staff does seem aloof many times especially while waiting for a table. If theyre busy you can forget about good service. I went last night around 10pm and everything was as it should be. But they werent busy. Expensive for the product and service you get, thats why 4 stars

I wanted to give it three stars, way too much bbq on the wings I ordered. However, there are many flavours to choose from and Im sure Id be happier if I tried them. I did order one of my wings to be their hottest "wall" wing. It definitely was something Ill never forget. All in all, decent atmosphere, and decent service. I waited maybe 5 minutes for my waitress initially, but I sat at the bar, and it was busy.

Terrible. I mean honestly the worst service Ive ever had. The concept is great but the management is poor because the wait staff all need fired and you need to start new. The greeter who has the easiest job was playing on her phone and sliding on a bench. Really. If the owner reads this please hire me and I will make you some money!! Your losing business due to poor staff.

Its a pretty good place, but they definitely have some work to do to improve the experience. Most of the time their staff is pretty nice and its a good experience, but I have had a couple of bad experiences in my time there.

I have eaten here twice and will never go back. The first time they literally got all six orders wrong! The second time it took them entirely too long to get our food out to us. Decent food, but the service is terrible.

Somewhat bland bar food menu. The attraction is the atmosphere and the "sports bar" experience with many TVs to view. Other than that, not a lot to offer here.
