I didnt like this restaurant. We went there one Tuesday night, five of us, around 11pm and it took a long time for the personnel to sit us down. It seemed we werent welcomed from the start. Maybe its because most of us are Hispanic looking, maybe the workers were just tired from a long day at work, I dont know but you usually can tell when they dont want you around. We ordered the special, the traditional wings with barbecue sauce. The order took literally 48 minutes to get to our table. Customers who were sat after us got their meals served much earlier than us. Thats when I knew something wasnt right. Maybe we pissed off some workers because we were speaking Spanish, I dont know, maybe they got our order wrong in the kitchen and they had to prepare it again. But still 48 minutes? When the food finally came out, the waitress just put down the wing baskets and the ranch cups on the table and didnt offer refills on our sodas or brought any napkins. After 15 minutes of eating like this one of my friends got up and asked for refills and napkins but it was as if we had asked for a blood donation. We paid, left a tip, after all you never know if its management or one of the workers is just having a bad night and we left. But mark my words this is the last time they saw me there. I dont know about my friends, but Im not going back to this place. Im not a huge complainer. I just want the same treatment than everybody else. No more, no less. It was a big disappointment for me after hearing so many good things about this place.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings on a fairly regular basis in Nashville, TN. All of my experiences have been good so far. I visited this location while visiting family on 12/26/2016 with my in laws. As per my prior experience I expected service to be comprable to locations back home. We went at lunch time because we wanted to use some gift cards my wife and I recieved and wanted to treat our family to a good meal since they had never been before. We weer seated quickly, but waited over 2 hours for our food. The staff and management made an excuse that they were sort of kitchen staff, but offered no gesture to teremedy the problem. We paid with our gifts and left with the one that was given back to us which was supposed to have a remaining balance of about $36. When dining at our local restauraunt we were informed that there was nothing on the gift card that was returned to us. I hate to say it, but we (including our extended family) have no plans to return to this location. I hope you have a better experience than we had if you choose to visit this location.

This place had slow service even though it was a slow night. The restaurant was not even half full. While our waitress was kind and courteous when the food came out, my boneless wings that were supposed to have barbecue sauce only had a couple of spots with sauce. Also the sauce was thick and sticky as if it had been sitting all day or was thrown in a microwave. However, the worst part was when I requested a manager to come over. The manager, a blond woman named Kiesha, looked at the wings and asked me what was the problem as if she was satisfied with the way the food was given to me then she refused to have my food remade and said she could only offer me a side of sauce. To top it off she was completely unconcerned with helping me and walked off without a resolution being met. I would not recommend taking your family because when management sucks the food sucks and so does the service. The whole place is being run inadequately and would probably not get business if there was another BW3 in the area.

The chicken tenders were chewy and gritty. Once I asked for a new order the manager came out in a defensive manner, propped up on my table, and asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT". I almost left but my family was hungry and so was I. When we received the check we were charged for an extra order that we didnt receive, thanks to the manager from what our waiter said. The manager showed his inexperience with communication again and down played the waiter blaming it on him. What an experience for a quick place to eat, My family will not be back to this location in Tiger Town again as long as the management is the same. Avoid "Mr. Parker" at all cost, if I recall that was the name on the managers name tag that gave us so much trouble.

My waiter was very friendly, however the food was not as described and they served me the incorrect beer. I asked to be reserved the appropriate beer after a sip, and they just topped of the bud light with the original unfiltered wheat I had asked for just change the appearance. I ordered the naked chicken tenders, which they apparently did not have, but felt it was alright to serve me the chicken normally used for the salads, I guess. The quality of the meat was terrible. I have eaten here before with no issues but this was just awful.

A roach got on my bfs arm, went to the other table the waitress at that table thought it hilarious (who thinks roaches at a restaurant is funny?) and when I told two waitress about the problem nothing was resolved. It took me two months to get my money back. The manager said I should have came and got her when I saw the roach but isnt that the employees job??? She said it was probably a water bug and not a roach, but that thing was huge and who gives a darn what kind of bug it was! It was still a bug! Horrible service and food was mediocre

Sitting here rite now. Started of at the bar just to have a few drinks to pass time, then moved outside to have a few more and was going to order food. But Ive been sitting here for at least an hour and not one server asked if I neede anything, had to go to the bar to get more beer! They just keep walking by.. I travel all over for work and usually enjoy bdubs but I gotta say this one sucks! For service anyway. ..

While the food is great, time and time again the service is horrible. The food is always late, the kitchen supposedly backed up. I started calling my orders in before I arrived but that doesnt work as my average wait is still 30-45 minutes from when I get there. Im always told that the food is ready and being bagged and should be out in a minute. Thirty minutes later, Im still waiting.

One bad thing then another. Pepsi is horrible. I promise I will not be back as long as you serve Pepsi. Ordered mini corndogs and waitress says only comes with bourbon flavored mustard, is that ok? Wow. No it is not ok. Why would I want something that horrible. Oh well am certain losing my business is not a great loss but hate that we cannot plan any more group outings here.
