If I could dedicate 5 MORE Stars, to my first experience at Buff.Wild WIngs, I would!!! BWW, T.C. MIchigan is 110% AMAZING!!! Great Sports on all of The Television Stations...AND The Service was par for the Course! The Servers put on all of the Vital stations that I requested. (NHL Network, Fox Sports Detroit, SportsCenter was already on...) I did want Some Dan PAtrick Show but it wasnt airing at the time..if it was, though, you can sure bet BWW of T.C. would/will put it on...Just for you! Very Clean Bathrooms...great space, great colors... I need not even tell you about how Great The Wings were/Are..Why? you may ask, Well Let Me Tell you...YOU Must go check it out for yourself!! It Is SO Good!! My Top Choice Picks: Theses are the Three I tried...I already know my Fave will always be the Hot WWIngs! #1. The Hot (Buffalo, I think..) regardless, The Hot! #2. Thai Curry!!...I really liked the Thai Curry #3. Caribbean Jerk...good blend, flavorful, mild amount of spice for MY tastes..But Then again, I DO like my WIngs HOT!!~EnjoyPeople! ~a. in T.C.

Food took forever to arrive. Only 2 of us and we both ordered snack sized boneless wings. After about 30 minutes, we began getting apologies from the waitress. The wings were delicious. Tried the new, limited time Mandarin sauce...very good. At the end, I received the tab, noticed it had the $5 off $25 next visit survey on it. I pointed it out to our waitress, but when she took it and only came back with my credit card signature papers I asked where it was. Turns out she threw it away. I thought to say "make sure you bring this back" when she took my card, but it seemed obvious to me after I pointed it out. She came back with some other piece of paper for "Buffalo points". Thats not $5 off. Eventually she found a survey for me, but the entire waiting and waiting was a bit much. For everything, not just a receipt. Ill go back. I tipped well. Just not the best Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

The service was not good. There was a large crowd and it appeared the staff could not handle it. There were very long delays. Our server was MIA until they wanted us to leave then came over multiple times rushing us out. I asked to speak to the manager l, our server said she would get him but she didnt. I had to go thw servers station for refills and utensils. They goofed up our order..we got entrees first then appetizers. It was not good and not representative of the other BWWs i have been too. The food was good however my nachos were "meh". The lettuce and sliced jalapeño peppers were dry like they had been sitting out for a while. The manager was apologetic and compensated us a best he could.

Traverse City Location- I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my boyfriend and some reason you dont take Tribal IDs hmm thats funny cuz i know i went in there a few times and you did accept them. And most of all my DOB is right there plain and sight with my birthdate on it. To me the waiter seemed prejudice i dont care if its your first day of working or what your staff usually has no problem accepting them and bring me my beer. Then when i ordered my food our waiter kept coming back asking us how are our food was like every five minutes and we havent took a bite of our food. But get some really some good servers and waiters in the place instead of these high school punks.

Last two times Ive visted have been awful. The first of the two had my girlfriend and I ordering boneless wings. When we received them I was served 3 completely raw pieces just coated in sauce the manager actually gave me a hard time about the entire meal being comped and only offered to replace my 3 wings and take them off of the bill. The most recent visit I was standing in line waiting to be seated for almost 45 mins and when I was finally able to get a notifier for seating that same manager actually handed two of them to the two seperate customer behind me in line and walked away. This place is an overpriced joke. TC could do for a decent sports bar.

Multiple issues with food quality in the past and prices went up in the last couple years. Chunks of fat, bone bits in boneless wings, dried out spinach/artichoke dip, etc. Poor quality even when compared to northern Michigan BWW (better in petoskey, for instance). Complaints by phone are handled by a multi-business answering service. Service is generally slow unless theyre almost empty. Wife and I love their trivia but we dont come except to play a game of trivia and get a couple sauces to go. BWW sauce on oven baked frozen meijer chicken will be a better quality, cheaper option if you like their flavors. Extra star for quality sauce/games.

Got there had to wait about 10 minutes. Which is usually normal. Our waiter wasnt good. Got our food and forgot silverware. Couldnt find our waiter so the manger had to get it for us. I started eating my wings and found a hair stuck inside the chicken. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes before our waiter even showed back up to our table to tell him about the hair. Also on two different separate occasions the people I was with also found hair in their food. It used to be my favorite place to eat but after those three bad experiences will NOT be eating there again.

While using take out service, service by the lady at desk was nice. Although service was super slow. Several floor staff stood by in a group chatting while looking at the several people waiting at the counter. Then walked in the directions and yet afford no help. After returning several times back inside for ranch, napkins and such. The wait wasnt fun. Male staff walked right by several times and pretending not to see then would walk right into the kitchen with out a glace ... I can see why this is rated so slow on service. PS they where not busy ! This was 2 pm !

Overall good experiences. Overpriced beer. Most of the time, the service is very friendly and solid. Yesterday, I was in with my two boys, and our server, Kyrie, was outstanding. I dont think ten minutes went by without her checking up on us, and she got everything done the right way and immediately. Ive had mostly good service experiences here, but this one was definitely outstanding. If the beer prices could come down a bit, itd be a 5-star experience. Great place to watch anything Detroit or Michigan/MSU.

Horrible service. Waitress didnt even listen to our requests. Food came wrong and when I asked her about it she argued with me and never offered to fix it. Daughter went to the bathroom and a male employee walked in to change the trash while she was in the stall. She came out to him standing there. When I talked to the manager about it, he acted like it was no big deal. His response was he probably shouldnt have done that.

Bad experience. Ordered special wing Tuesday but was later charged high price to which we were told the boneless version didnt count. There was no sorry we forgot to mention this. Then they forgot one of the orders and since it took awhile to get our food some ate while others had to wait again. Again no compensation.r an out of our drinks and had to flag down waiter who seemed to hang at the table beside ours.
