They were packed on Thanksgiving... Maybe because they were about the only thing open. Waitress gave horrible service. Said we needed a minute to decide... took her 5 to come back. Patiently waited for 20+ min for orders to come - then she shows up and says, "They havent brought your food yet? Let me check on that. Brought orders right over, which means they were just sitting there. And yes, all cold. Asked for fresh, hot onion rings but just suffered through the rest. And when I tried to catch her attention to let her know, I waved at her and she looked right at me and proceeded to walk away so I had to get up and chase her down. I had a salad and I kid you not, the lettuce looked like they pulled it out of the dumpster. She never came to check on us and drinks until I was ready for the check. The waitress on the table beside us was great as I was watching her happily and efficiently taking care of her guests with a smile and with a sense of urgency. Too bad we didnt get her. I did not say anything as it was my sons graduation day from Ft Benning and I didnt want to tarnish his moment, but I left her a zero tip and hope everyone who reads this thinks twice before spending their hard-earned money on this place.

Buffalo Wild Wings was one of my favorite places to eat. I have to say this is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I keep going back hoping that my last trip was just a bad experience and it would get better. My last trip was kind of the deal breaker. I have never had an order correct, as in I have to wait to get my food a second time because my waiter/waitress always brings the wrong flavor. My usual group that I go with has the same problems, how hard is it to understand that someone wants the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich without buffalo sauce and lettuce? One example of why this happens is because my waitress was too busy trying to get her friends to sit in her section that she didnt pay any attention whatsoever to her customers order. I asked for a refill on my beer and you would think I asked for world peace. I usually order 12 wings, on average, 8 of them actually have chicken. Overall this is a terrible restaurant. After living in the area for 6 months and eating here a few times every month I have decided its time to find a new wing place.

The only good thing about this place is the abundance of TVs and they offer PPV fights for free. But why go here to watch the PPV fights if its so loud and crowded you cant hear the people at your table much less the television. Everybody is LITERALLY yelling on fight nights. Either your yelling just to talk to people at your table or your another drunk person there just screaming at the TV and other people. I guess if you want to feel like your in a stereotypical European pub with loud drunk people that root for UFC and boxing instead of soccer on the telly this is your spot. The food taste like chain food. Just something to eat while you drink. If you do go here when there isnt a fight on TV then the experience tends to be better. People act evolved. Like a regular sports bar restaurant then. But with so many other options in this area, why? The burgers across the street at Red Robin or Five Guys is better and there are so many wing joints here that are better also.

Me and my friends came to eat for lunch. We ordered and it took over 30 minutes to receive our order. The server was overly nice and I believe she was new. Another server came over and helped her after we asked how long our food would be. Never once were they rude or did they seem annoyed. They comped our food because we ordered off the special lunch menu that stated if its not out in 15 min its free. I ordered wings and didnt care for the taste so I asked her to add another order on and that I was willing to pay for them but she just exchanged the ones I did not like for new ones. I just want to commend the young ladies that went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before we left. Almetris was the name on our ticket and she was the server who stepped in and helped. I apologize but I did not get the name of the new server. Please make sure they get recognized in some way! I definitely will be asking for her when I return.

Our company used BWW to cater an event weve had for the last two years. Their catering menu is wonderful for our company as they offer a wide variety of food at a decent price. This year we had a couple of requests that were not on their catering menu. Michael and his staff were accommodating to these needs and always offered helpful suggestions to aid with planning this event. Both years there have been zero issues and the food has been delivered when scheduled. BWW always provides enough condiments, napkins, trays, etc. (the items you truly dont think about until you need them). It has been a positive experience working with BWW the past few years.

The food is good, but this place has been going down hill for awhile. Prices and service are the problem here. Tonight my family and I went there for dinner, it took 10 minutes or so before the waitrise took our drink order. When we sat down the bar was empty, by the time we placed our drink order it took another 10 minutes to get out chocolate milk and 2 beers. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get a side of sauce for my wifes dinner. At the end of the meal its to expensive for the quality and the service was very very slow.

Probably the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. I have been to many of them across the southeast, but we sat at our table for 10 mins without anyone asking for our order for drinks...then it took 15 more mins for the guy to take our food order. Not to mention that we ask for a refill and never got it. Instead he brought us the bill. It was no where near as busy as Ive seen in our Auburn store, and it seemed that they had double the employees. Awful service but most of the food was good.

Well i came here on 6/11/16 Portia was our waitress she has good customer service but the food was horrible i had boneless wings and they were very hard the margarita was to sour but the jack and coke was amazing this was my first time and last time going there no one offered to fix my order even after i brought to waitress attention nothing was done so i finished my drink and paid and left i hate so much that i wasted my Saturday night here and spoiled my appetite

WORST BWW THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. WAITRESS CANT ADD TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT. FOOD COMES OUT ON ONE TRAY AND WAS NOT GIVEN EXTRA BOATS FOR OUR WINGS SO ALL THREE OF US HAS TO REACH IN EACH OTHERS FOOD. HAS TO ASK FOR AN EXTRA BOAT FOR OUR BONES AND THAT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH. TOOK TWENTY MINUTES FOR A REFILL. THE ONLY PERSON I LIKED WAS THE HOSTESS. EVEN THE MANAGER DIDNT CARE WHEN WE TOLD HIM ABOUT OUR HORRIBLE SERVICE.
