Dirty sticky tables and slow to non-existent service for the second time we tried them. The first time we sat 30 mins without so much as a drink order and left but we decided that had to be a fluke and tried them again... This time made me wish I had just left again. They at first tried to bring us someone elses order... then they got our order wrong, this we learned after waiting for over an hour for it to come out of the kitchen. The girl who brought our food carried it around without knowing which table it was for and took forever to refill our drinks. We asked for a kids cheese quesadilla for our 9 year old they sent a regular spicy chicken quesadilla. Prices are pretty high as well for the quality of the food which tastes cheap. We ordered a mushroom appetizer and the mushrooms inside were gross and mushy, it made me paranoid about getting sick from them. Seating was also so tight that people behind me banged into my chair every time they got up and neither of us were very large people. Needless to say we wont be back, do yourself and your wallet a favor and choose somewhere else.

55 minutes until food came. No refills offered or brought out for anyone. Over half the orders were wrong (9 person table). Ranch wasnt brought, even though it was ordered AND requested again. Server argued about bringing ranch out after the fact stating to the table "I could be fired for bringing out Ranch dressing". Food was "meh" at best. Ordered second spiciest sauce and it wasnt remotely hot. Total time spent was an hour and a half. Well never go back. One of the worst restaurants in Cleveland, TN. I have to imagine the positive reviews are from heavy drinkers and sports fans who care less about the food and service. PS- They werent bust AT ALL.

I ordered a Pepsi & the server brought out a Pepsi & a beer... She asked for my ID... I didnt order a beer. Didnt mention a beer at all. So she had to bring the beer back and the manager comes out with an attitude. He said that the server could have been fired for that,blah blah blah. He got an attitude over the situation. It was the servers fault for hearing something that wasnt said. My friend ordered a Mojito and it barely had any alcohol in it. The mint and lime werent prepared the right way. They were just thrown in the glass.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced we sat there and waited 45 min just to get our drinks and then another hour just to tell them we were leaving in five minutes if the food didnt get there by then but then they brought it right out only to have cold food served to us we left and refused to pay absolutely ridiculous the manager should be fired from the restaurant wasnt even that busy I used to love this place but officialy will never return to this establishment

Last time i came here we were asked to stop vaping on the patio or leave. Pulled up tonight and first thing i see is an employee outside on the patio with two guys and all three are smoking. No mamager in sight or watching the cameras to tell them the same. Service is always horrible. Food is WAY OVER PRICED AS WELL AS THE BEER. dont even know why i came back. Seeing that i was obviously discriminated against by managment. Wish i could post pics with my review

Big fan of the food from this franchise. Although the service at this location is lacking. Pick up orders Ive called in have taken way too long multiple times. Im given 20 minutes when Ive called in, only to arrive 20 minutes later and end up waiting another 20-30 additional minutes. Just tell me 40 on the phone and dont waste my time. This has happened a lot. I dont think the food has been ready on time once.

This is the first time I get wings from here and everything was wrong. My wings were so salty, I order a hamburger and the lettuce was old and turning black. I also order a basket of potato wedges and I didnt get them and I was charge for them. My order was to go so I didnt want to go back and get my potato wedges. I am never going back

The food is typically okay, but Ive never had a great service experience. We were there for almost three hours because everything took forever including drinks, food, desserts, etc. It took almost thirty minutes for us to get our check after we asked for it. The server said he thought he had given it to us.

Friendly service and good food and drinks.. but noticed staff just sit at tables and hang out whenever they want.. you wonder where your waiter went and see them across the room at a table with other staff and people just talking and laughing. I just wonder how theyre allowed to do this.

1 of 5 online orders filled correctly, so make sure you inspect everything before departing. They usually have a small army of servers but no one available to get the to go bags out the door. The food is good, but the service is disorganized.

Very good. Great food as is to be expected from BWW, and We had an excellent young lady ad or server. We were travelling and they allowed us to bring our puppy Schi Tzu into the outdoor patio. Wish more chains would. Thank you BWW.

Dont bother ordering take out. Ive tried multiple times and theyve put me on hold for at least 10 minutes. It only takes 15 to make the wings! Also pretty rude when I asked to talk to the manager. Get your wings from Outback

Food is good but they have some bad smell in dining area and they need to keep it clean.Even sometime for take out they miss what we ask to put in side.Since we dont have choice for buffalo loves we have to go here.

Delicious food and really good table service! Very friendly staff, our waiter was really helpful and got our food to us quickly. Decor is college type and quite cool. Very clean restaurant & rest rooms too

Mistakes in the kitchen are the norm. Decent service. Good lunch menu. Dont change out beer enough. Too tightly controlled by corporate. Most of the servers are zombies. Too pricy.
