I came in for a cinnamon sugar with strawberry spread, got to the end to pay and payed for my food and my food was tossed casually on the counter. I sat down at dirty tables with crumbs on them then found out i had a cinnamon raisin bagel , I got up and asked for a cinnamon sugar bagel and the employee said that they were out of cinnamon sugar. So i asked for a plain bagel with strawberry spread. While eating my plain bagel another customer walked in and asked for a cinnamon sugar bagel and the empolyee went to the back and made him a cinnamon sugar bagel , she instructed another person to go in the back and make him a cinnamon sugar bagel specifically for this one customer. I will not spend my money here again , when ingredients are out for me but other people can walk in an get what they asked and paid for.

The food was fine, I gave this review a 1 star rating because the people working there are incompetent. The woman (not by my standards) on the cash register is very loud, obnoxious, unprofessional, and worst of all SLOW. She was in her own world the entire time and standing around when there was a long line of people getting frustrated and impatient. Then she just walks away from the register and disappears for a few minutes as the line grows. She comes back laughing carelessly and then proceeds to work the register. The other girl making the food took forever as well and got the persons order in front of me wrong, and totally forgot about mine. I had to remind her what I had ordered and finally got my food after waiting nearly 20 minutes. I will NEVER return to this poorly managed restaurant ever again.

Small bagel shop. Great taste, smaller size. Wish they had jalapeno spread but otherwise good stuff. I had veggie cream cheese on everything bagel. Cash only.
