Giving this restaurant 1 star is generous on my part. The food tasted ok, but ending up getting overcharged for an incomplete meal guaranteed that I will never go back. I placed a carry-out order for 2 burgers and the employee apparently thought it was a good idea to put my order in as "No Side". That means no french fries or ANYTHING with the burgers. Paying $20 for 2 burgers with no sides is nothing more than a rip-off on their part. There is no reason they should be charging customers the full "combo price" when they only give you a burger... If youre thinking of eating here I would suggest continuing North to the Tubbys on the East side of the street. The quality of the food will be significantly better and the prices are much more reasonable, especially since you actually get what you pay for... Even at the McDonalds across from Tubbys you get what you expect for the price.

I went to the restaurant the first time they forgot the sauce that the meal came with I just let it go and I went to a second time I needed some more coffee and I saw a waitress whom was not my waitress giving coffee to all her customers...saw me by my self and walked away not giving me more coffee...i had to ask for more from the hostess...I understand that sometimes a restaurant is busy but you need to help out your fellow servers and give coffee to customers when you are giving it away and not ignore them

The idea of this place is good. The environment is very nice. Our server was welcoming and nice. The food however just wasnt very good. The shake was watery and the fries and onion rings werent quite right. Perhaps this was an off day for them but it will be a while before I return, as I wasnt very impressed especially since there are much better options in the area.

Wish i could give 0, fries were soggy, burger was cold, to much of "some big boys special sauce" which was dripping off the bun, and the meat patty looked strange and definitely not like beef. Last time i checked beef was not light greyish. The nicest thing i can say is it smells good outside.

Been there twice pretty disappointed Cafe is clean and service was prompt but food was disappointing. French fries both times were grease soaked very thin and completely cold. Had breakfast sausage patties that were burnt black and dried up. Big Boy hamburger was ok but thats about it.

Said they were out of fries, ordered onion rings. Came back out of onion rings, got fries. Came in for $7 burgers and fries. Others at my table got a double burger with cheese for $7. I got a single burger with cheese $9. 3rd strike at Big Boy franchise.

The hostess, Natalie, is great!! A very friendly face! Servers are also polite and well mannered- trouble with orders, however, the food wasnt too bad at all! I enjoyed what I ate and will definitely be coming back!!
