Every time I come into this BK, something is wrong with the food. Its to the point that its almost like a pool or a bet - just wondering whats going to be wrong with my order. Im not even that particular - I like a lot of things plain. All I ordered was a double stacker meal medium size and I wanted the actual burger with just cheese and bacon. I get my food and they got the condiments right but it was only a single patty burger. I bring it back up to the counter, stand there for three minutes while I watch some guy behind the counter twirl bread knives in his hands before I finally get asked whats wrong, and then as I tell my dilemma, they take the old burger and ask for the new one and start saying its "With just mayo and cheese." Mayo isnt even on a stacker. I had to keep repeating, "No, just bacon and cheese." When I finally got the fixed double stacker, the patties on it looked like one big patty that had been cut in half. They were misshapen, possibly on the bottom of some back of frozen meat somewhere. I feel like it was made out of scraps. The "scraps" issue is a big thing too as that happened the last time I came to this location. I asked for an original chicken sandwich with just lettuce on it. My sandwich had maybe six tiny shreds of lettuce, and thats not in any way an exaggeration. A few days later, I thought Id try my luck with the same order at the BK at 23 and Van Dyke and lo and behold it was chock full of lettuce. I felt at this Rochester restaurant that they had some bin just running out of it and I got whatever they could scrape from the bottom. And at this location, my fries were cold. Again. The staff also kept me waiting just to PLACE my order. Maybe they were understaffed, I saw maybe three employees total, but if thats the case then it could be that the whole establishment is poorly managed. Their bathrooms are also poorly serviced. The time on my previous visit I had gone, I lifted up the toilet seat and there were ketchup packets under the rests, ready to be squashed. Granted, its obviously a childish prank probably by some kids in the location at the time, but the place was dead at the moment. Nobody else was there. How long had they been in there? When was the last time it was serviced? Another peeve about their restroom aside from it being dingy and lit oddly to where my reflection looks green in the mirror - feel like Im in a rest stop in hell - is that they have by the sink a soap dispenser and a hand sanitizer dispenser across from each other. Why? Why is there hand sanitizer right where I would need soap? Why would I need hand sanitizer when theres a sink in front of me? What kind of person is sanitizing their hands instead of washing them after using the bathroom? Thats disgusting! I dont think Ill ever eat here again. The service sucks, the food sucks, the interior is in heavy need of a remodel as nothing inside of it has been touched since the mid-90s - whoever the manager is should feel ashamed to even run this store. Or promptly replaced. The 23 and Van Dyke store has had a recent remodel, is clean, and they never seem to get my order wrong. This one is a dump and should just be closed and demolished.

As we walked into the BK there was an employee standing behind the counter. We got his attention and he asked for another person to come help us. We were the only 3 customers in the whole place. The girl he summoned did not seem to be too excited about helping us as her demeanor was rather sullen. I gave my order of a Whopper meal. My husband ordered a Whopper sandwich only without mayonnaise. This special request seemed to goof her up as she repeated our orders back to us incorrectly. This part went on for way too long as she couldnt seem to speak to us. She spent her time talking into her mouthpiece yet she should have been speaking to us. I asked her several times to slow down and speak up. Her customer "service" was pathetic. No smile. No hint of customer care. The other employees walked by with the same rudeness. Absolutely no hint of courtesy or customer care from anyone in this place. We should have cancelled and left. Unfortunately, we didnt and we were treated to the worst hamburgers we have ever had at a BK. Both burgers were old. Must have been sitting out for a bit of time. The fries were mushy and not hot. I guess the other order of a milk shake was fine as our daughter had no complaints about it. Upon leaving, she too mentioned that the staff was unfriendly. We wasted $13. We threw out the burgers halfway home. If you are really wanting to go to BK-dont go to this one. Bad service and bad food.

I have had too many terrible experiences at this location. Nearly every order is incorrect and must be fixed. I kindly asked them to check my order as it came out wrong the last two times and the same mistake was made again... Only attitude in response. Ask for no ice? Get ice. Ask for medium, pay for medium? get small. Every burger looks like it was thrown together from twenty feet away. It must be rebuilt just to be edible. Ive reached the point where I just dont even mention the terrible service anymore. I just hope its not too bad. Im just really disappointed that my closest BK location right on my drive is such a crap show :( Today I got ice in my no-ice drink. I got small instead of medium. I got a small cup of half-onion ring, half-fry instead of medium onion-ring... again. My burger was barely wrapped and fell apart immediately. All in a single one-person order. Just sad... Never coming here again.

Just went on for a simple order and leave. Walked in nothing was said, walked up to cashier he stood there looking at me with his headset on as if I didnt exist. I said hello how are you, taking the words that he should have said then I asked a few simple questions about the kids menu that he couldnt answe. I asked for a whopper wth cheese when I got it it did not have cheese on it, he was to busy flirting with a gale that worked there so he wasnt paying attention. I then got my meal for 30 bucks for family and he gave it to me on a eat in when I told him it was to go then he said Ohh its to go!!!!! I had to bite my lip the entire time because I would have ruined his day and its not worth it in he end its good but for 30 bucks if rather go to a nice sit down when my food comes as ordered!! I wont go back here again

Burger King is only suitable when you are in a hurry and quality doesnt matter. Not saying they are any worse than McDonalds or Wendys just the cost of a meal there is about equal to or just slightly less than a regular restaurant where you can decent food. So why would you want low quality greasy food?

I was the only person there last night and they still messed up my order. Staff was rude and manager was very unapologetic. I took my food back and got my money back. I will never go back. They mess up my order every single time. No wonder they have no customers and McDonalds is always busy.
