Visited today very poor service after order was taken waited 15 minutes asked how long till my order was up employee said order was cleared and what was my order I told them what it was and they stated it was there minus a whopper junior employee yelled back he needed 1 watched as 4 others were made and passed out asked about mine he said would be up in a minute advised to forget it walked out would not visit this or any other BK again in the 15 minutes I waited witnessed employee drop a bag of food then hand it to a customer,1 customer come back in with the wrong order and another order a ice cream cone and a employee hand it to them holding it not by the wrapper but by the cone with a ungloved hand

I go to this burger king all the time they have really stepped thier game up they are much faster and organized and cleaner when you go to the register make sure you speak with the manager she is a older female with blondish hair and she wears glasses she is an amazing manager she always takes care of me not once have i ever had a bad experince with her to be honest she is the main reason i keep on coming back and i ask for my food to be fresh everytime i go and it is always fresh and she makes sure it is fresh for me also the other workers are very friendly this place just keeps me coming back because they are SO GOOD!!!

my wife an i were eating with our kids we heard a commotion in the kitchen the manger ignored it and was watching his tv while someone was shouting "stop playing with the food" and "stop acting like a child" the girl who was working up front was throwing food around and laughing and goofing around the manager started yelling at them and made one of them leave h was explaining that the girl was mesing up the orders and had shoved him and left while the girl laughed our food wasnt that great and with this kind of service we wont be dining here again

Worst Fast food I have EVER had. Everything was cold, fries had zero flavor. The "New" Crispy Chicken sandwich was by far the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. It was a very dark dark brown color...which is probably not normal. The Whopper my husband had was ok...but again COLD! Also we asked for Ketchup and BBQ sauce in the drive-thru, didnt get either. I had to go in and ask for it..they didnt say hi, didnt apologize or anything. So not only horrible food, horrible customer service.

Love the "Flavor" of flame grilled but always disappointed with my visits to Burger King (any of them)......where is their quality control team? Food tasted as if it sat around for a half hour before they gave it to me. How in hell do they stay in business?? BK could really take off if they just get their program together. Got my fingers crossed for my next visit, will just stick to other choices until then.

Just had to write this.... People its fast food.... Anyone that leaves a 1-star or complains seriously needs to re-evaluate their expectations. This location is no better or worse than any other fast food joint. Sure the drive-thru screws up sometimes, the food isnt perfect sometimes, but generally its fine. Four stars because it lives up to my expectations but does not exceed them.

This Burger King is always slow. Ive lived in the area for three years now, and every time I order a chicken sandwich, they expect me to pull off and wait for it. Not to mention, it is the only fast food restaurant on the west side of 23, so if there are lines there, you will have no other options. Avoid it, and just go towards State street for food.

Very consistent on the service and food: well below par. Usually food has something wrong, be it an error in the requested order, cold stale fries, or sloppily constructed sandwiches. Not very friendly, and most employees have an air that the customer is a bother. Multiple complaints to management have not improved this particular establishment.

The people were beautiful gain five stars. As the pop was handed out its spilled and we were sad you lose a star. They made us wait for fresh chicken sandwiches you lose a star. Still waiting for chicken sandwich you lose star. They were polite gain 2 star. Fries bad lose all star do not pass go do not collect $200.

Went during lunch! Food took a while, coke machine ran out of coke, food was not really hot! Ice machine needs a good cleaning, had some slime build up on it! I get things slack a little when you have a lunch rush, but the slime, on the ice machine where the ice comes out, is unacceptable!

From out of town, was told to go here for lunch it only took two minutes to go thru drive thru i was happy with that but then grab fries nasty n cold my chicken sandwhich taste like it was re heated and bottom was hard. Do not go here

The restaurant is okay, what you expect from a Burger King. If they would just serve their Whoppers HOT Id give them a 5 star rating, but it seems all fast food these days is near body temperature. I LIKE MY FOOD HOT!

Took 8+ minutes to get meal. For at least 4 of those minutes the burgers sat under the heat lamp waiting to be bagged. If they had been busy, i aould hve understood, but they werent. Just slow staff.

Drive thru was fast and polite. We had a complex order and it was correct 100%. Fries were fresh and hot, and they got my BBQ in the bag as well! Would recommend coming at 12pm on a Friday
