I love that they USUALLY have amazing customer service. Theyre food is great as always but when a company KNOWS their hours of operations Is posted wrong on Google and their response is, "yeah Google is wrong but our actual website is right. So sorry about it. " it kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Most people use Google, not the actual website to see what time a place opens, especially when its a chain and the menu is simple and standard. It doesnt take a lot of effort to correct this and certainly a better reply would go a long way when youve come out at 6am in 29 degree weather. Not cool

Ive just started using Chick-fil-As mobile app to order on the go and it is simply marvelous! Ill set up an order before I leave work (no fiddling with my phone while driving!) and just before I arrive, I hit the button that says IM HERE. They bring it to my car with a smile and Im on my way. Ive already paid for it through the app and there are parking spaces reserved for pickup.

Outrageously great service, clean and the food is delicious! Also love all the little details that no other fast food does like Chick-fil-a. Things like kids drinks but for .70, fresh flowers, well trained employees, and the stool in the restrooms for little ones to wash their hands at the sink. The list goes on, but enough but already!

Went here during the #greateclipsegetaway2017! They might have had 5 or 6 times there normal customer volume (I mean by golly the womans restroom hate a waiting line eight ladies deep out the door!!), yet we still got our food in about 5 minutes. It was fresh and great tasting too!

I love this CFA! The operators are lovely people, the restaurant is always clean and the service is always pleasant. The food is franchise food obviously , so consistency is always there. My son loves coming here, I like the atmosphere and the service CFA provides its customers.

Love the food and the staff is usually friendly. I love how the play place is made for smaller children too. My 2 year old can play easily and I dont have to crawl after him. ☺️ I dont mind but its a lot easier if there are other kids who want to play too

This chick-fil-a is on point! I worked for chick-fil-a for 3 years so Im quite critical when I go to others. So far they have yet to mess up my order. The food is always hot and the staff is friendly. All high ratings here.

Excellent food, friendly staff, but Im currently in minute 12 of waiting for 2 biscuits and a hash brown, and its not very busy. Could be a one time deal, but people choose fast food because its supposed to be fast.

Opened at 6:30 but we had to wait until 6:40 to get our food because the kitchen was "running behind." They were super unprepared and didnt even have the ice cream machine working.

Chick-fil-A is always delicious and everyone is overly nice no matter which Chick-fil-A you go to! They have the best chicken biscuits in the world! I wish there was one in Toccoa!
