If I could give this a no star I would. This has to be the absolute worst place to attempt to get food from. 1. They will absolutely forget part of your order every single time!! 2. The wait is ridiculous even if there as just one other car in front of you plan on waiting forever. I went today to attempt to get lunch and the lady came on the mic and told me it was going to be 15 mins. There were like 2 cars in front of me. 3. Theyre always put of stuff. In have never been there and been able to order a frozen drink because its always broken. My husband and I went there one night and they let us know they were out of chicken, beef, cheese sauce and nachos. Like okay youre out of basically everything to make anything. It was like 7 pm at night nothing horribly late. One might ask why do you keep attempting to go there. Well, Milford is a small town. We have a McDonalds and a Taco Bell that is it. So we really have no options when it comes to fast food.

This store is always out of something. Today, large cups and hot sauce. If I had another TB close by, I would never go here again. Min wait time 15 to 20 mins. They even started telling people in the drive through that the wait time was minimum of 15 minutes so they would leave, so the line would not be backed up. The crew does not seem to care about time. They do not seem to understand how to make the orders. My order was also wrong, again. The inside of the store wasnt clean, and every table seemed to be dirty. Yet the worker who was coming out for trays never wiped any of them off. I would suggest getting a new crew.

The service here is consistently terrible. The people are nice but they are chronically understaffed. Theyre constantly apologizing for being slow and you have to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food if not more. Theres always a line at the drive-thru even though they give the drive-thru priority. The customers inside get almost no service at all when theyre busy at the drive-thru. Theres a serious management problem at this location.

We stop here about once a week. The staff is really nice and when the food is made properly it is great. But the 3 times I ordered a taco salad it has been awful. I want a regular taco salad with an extra cup of salsa. The 1st time it had chicken on it (YUCK!!) 2nd time no salsa and about 2 cup of beans on it (again YUCK!!) Then today no meat at all. Someone really needs to teach them how to make a taco salad correctly.

The food at this Taco Bell is better than others but the service is very slow when its busy, both inside and drive thru. A couple of times weve had the wrong order or items missing from our order but the staff was apologetic and happy to fix it. They were out of chicken chips twice too. The staff is friendly here and it is a convenient location just outside of downtown Milford.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Staff is not friendly at all. Very slown service. Unapologetic. They are always out of something. Today it was the chicken chips, last time it was soft shell tacos. You have to always check your order if you use the drive thru because your order is never all there. From now on Ill be driving to another one if Im in the mood for Taco Bell.

While making the food no hair nets on anyone working there. They were throwing food on the floor in back while making it. Food that was served was messy and had burnt marks on burritos and steak quesadillas. Dorito taco was stale. Forgot to make all food that was purchased. Under staffed. Just plain gross......

Very slow even with nobody else there. Order is messed up most of the time. Staff is not professional and there is a huge lack of motivation and caring for the customer. Do yourself a favor and make the extra drive to a different Taco Bell and youll get better service. Too bad I cant give 0 stars.

Its taco bell so its what you expect. Quality of food and cleanliness has definitely improved. Staff and Drive through staff are kind and fast. But the food can sometimes be 50/50 especially with breakfast. Definitely one of the better taco bells that Ive been to and prefer over other ones.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell ever. This store reinvented " fast "food. A crew of 7 people and cant get a single burrito done in less than 10 min. Thats sad. In addition the cashier never seems to listen properly. I see every customer repeat the order over and over.

Took 16 minutes to get my food after the order had been placed. This is not the first time. Do not dine in they give all priority to the drive through customers. This place is seriously understaffed during peak times and has consistently failed to address the issue.

Im not sure if its just this Taco Bell or the franchise as a whole, but the food here is very unsatisfying and unenjoyable. In this particular restaurant, getting your order takes more than 10 minutes, even when the restaurant is empty.

Slow, charged everything our credit card making it negative even though we handed them a gift card, Mexican pizza looked like someone stepped on it, everything else was thrown in with a wrapper barley wrapped.

Its ok. The m 59 and 23 location is much more professional. 2 or 3 times I have waited longer than usual and then they look understaffed inside.
