Im sorry to say but we were excited to find a fudruckers near our house but we probably will not hurry back to this one. A very pricey meal, and my burger was small on a big bun. my husband ordered a jumbo hotdog, he got a foot long bun with a six inch hotdog. Sorry but thats unacceptable, $4 and something for the hotdog. We got a very small amount of French fries, and not much to choose from on the add ons. We have been to many of these restaurant s but this one is not even comparable to the others. We recently went to pigeon forge and ate at Fuddruckers. For 4 dinners was cheaper than the 3 dinners we paid for tonight and got alot more on our plates. The food was very salty also. We were not very happy with this Fuddruckers

Extremely bland experience. Burger was cooked how I wanted it but no flavor and bacon tasted like it was the cheap microwave kind. Not what I expected for an $8 hamburger. And then for the combo, it is nearly $4 more. Potato wedges were ok but overloaded with something like Lawrys seasoning. I paid $13.19 for the combo and could have went to Longhorn down the street and gotten it for about the same price if not cheaper. If you like medicore burgers, overpriced food,ok service, and restaurants connected to a gas station then this place is for you. If not go somewhere else... Only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 was because the burger was cooked how I wanted.

My husband and I were very excited about finding a Fuddruckers on our vacation. We were a bit concerned when reading the reviews and contemplated going somewhere else. Yet, we decided to stay and were glad we did. Our order was ready in 12 minutes, and it was exactly what we ordered. The burgers were delicious. I personally ordered the sweet potato fries; they were okay. The staff was very friendly. In fact, a young man came over to us and asked to take our trays after eating. He also asked if we needed to-go cups. The restaurant was clean. We would definitely stop again.

I wish I could rate lower. I LOVE Fudruckers, but this one is a joke! We ordered, got our food but never got our shake. Went to the counter, said something and they said they havent had time to do it. They then proceed to try to up sale the person behind us on shakes. We waited and waited. Still no shakes. Finally I call while in the restaurant, didnt say who I was, asked for a manager and whenjoy the lady said sure, hold on, she hung up!! Horrible service! Only bright side is the food tasted great.

The food took forever to come out and my boyfriends steak came out cold so we sent it back and they gave it to us cold again..my sweet potato fries where undercooked. They expected him to eat his steak with a plastic knife ... really. All because they didnt wana walk to the back and get the container on knives. And Salt and Pepper was no where to be found there was one Salt and Pepper shaker in the whole resturant that was 1 quarter if the way full and we had to pass it around..

Spent the past weekend at the TA in commerce with the new Fuddruckers that just opened. Its a pleasant change from the country pride and iron skillets Im used to. The food was excellent if a little pricey but definitely worth it. The staff are all friendly and know how to work a restaurant so heres my 5 stars to you all. Keep it up I look forward to the next time Im in commerce now.

The food is good but it takes a little bit long to get it. You get to dress your own burgers. Also the food is a little pricey, but coupons are sent out from time to time. Place is really clean and they have a neat drink machine. One nice thing, the booths have a place to plug in a laptop and charge your phone, etc.

Good burgers. Enjoyed being able to decorate my burger at the toppings bar. The fudge iced brownies had just been placed in the case according to the cashier, but it was dried out. Had two freestyle soda machines. Restaurant attached to a truck stop. Would recommend if you are interested in a customized burger!

Went to Fuddruckers 4/21/16 the food and service was awful. We had a group of 8. 5 of the 8 meals were wrong,burnt, cold, or way to salty. They were not busy there was only 4 tables with people at them. We waited over 30 minutes for our burgers. Not sure that we will be back. When they first opened it was great.

Totally fresh, delicious and faster than I expected. Best grilled turkey burger Ive ever had. And to top off the experience, the servers were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely going to be my new favorite place to eat in Commerce. A+++

Service was terrible. Had to wait forever for 7 dollars change, table and chairs were filthy, waited for ever on my onion rings. Never got them, had to get a refund. They need to get it together , oh yeah buns were fallinga apart. They cant get another nickel out of me. Bad experience.

Awesome didnt know bout this , clean , Loving the pricing for it to be at a TA truck stop , the highest price is 15.49 10 oz ribeye platter other than that the highest menu price is $12.29 dont get me wrong if u do a combination it can be expensive but overall not bad

There was a long wait. There is just a vat of cheese just sitting there and it has like dried, crusty cheese on the top. There was like a homeless man in there getting water with a dipping container. The restaurant is like in a truck stop. The whole experience was odd.

The atmosphere was great until the manager/supervisor started yelling that there was only one person that was cooking fries. They got behind, but he sure didnt help things. He could have made it quicker by helping the only fry cook. Very disappointed.

Sent food back twice and both times burgers where supposed to be cooked medium and both came out well. Couldnt even get the manager to acknowledge us and our problems and only had a couple customers in the whole restaurant. Will not be coming back.

Seems like the customer service has fallen off since they opened at this location. They have started watering down the honey mustard.. Only one drink machine working. Took several minutes for them to take our order. We were the only ones line..

Absolutely the best burger joint. Been a fan of the chain for many years , and this one is a superb example of the chain. Burgers cooked as ordered , everything delicious , and the Buffalo Burger is amazing.

Waited 25 minutes for a burger, then the order was completely wrong. Food and service are lack luster and the place is kind of grimy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this truck stop Fuddruckers want to be.
