I will go ahead and agree that this is the worst taco bell i have been to and might be the worst fast food place i have been to ever or darn close! We live locally and rarely go there because its so bad. About once a year i get the craving for taco bell and every time im sorely disappointed! Today the story goes as such.... i pull up to not be greeted at the drive tjru for a good 5 min. Thought they might be closed?!?! Nope someone comes on amd greets me then adds it will be 20 min wait. I asked why? They stated that they are understaffed and she proceeded to tell me the 15 reasons why. Ok ok. Spare me the details i just want food. So we proceed to order. They repeted it back to me. I pulled to the window. The wait wasnt too bad approx 10 min. Got my order and quickly noticed it was missing a side so i backed up and got the side. I got home and my entire order was incorrect aside from the 3 loaded grillers. So that was a wasted of $22. My daughter is particular being 6 years old she is picky..... as i am. Most had lettuce. I dont eat lettuce so i was out a meal and so was she. I did try to bite into my boyfriends meal but the rice was rock hard and hurt my tooth. Im curious how old the rice has to be to get that crunchy. I work in the catering industry (6years) and have been in the resturant business for 20 years. Im well aware of what the health dept requirements are and im sure this doesnt meet them. Sadly this is the typical at this particular taco bell. As stated from others i am extremely comfused as to how they are not shut down yet?!?!

This Taco Bell/KFC has been there for years... we "try it" a few times a year to see if the service still totally sucks. The answer is YEP! We have NEVER gotten a right order. The wait is forever. The kids working there are usually rude, or messing around behind the counter. I mean, listen, Im a manager and I love when my people have a fun workplace... but there is a time and place, and its not when you have a line 10 people long inside and 5 cars outside. Ive seen it all at this place.. food fights between the workers while people are waiting for their order to be taken. Ive seen the manager yell at customers for "ordering things not on the menu" when they were clearly on the menu... all of us in line had a good laugh over that one. Dropped food, picked up, and served out the drive thru. Cleanliness is hit or miss.. Chicken is usually fresh or seemingly hours old and chewy, more the latter. Ya know, we live here, and frequent the fast food establishments often.. what is happening at this place that they can never seem to get it right? Or even close? At this point, Ill take even half way. That would mean TWO more establishments we could frequent.. McDs, Subway, and Arbys get old after awhile.

I dont have a lot of experience at other taco bells, but if I owned this particular branch, Id make some changes. I come here often and all too often something is out of stock, the wait is incredibly long, or my order is messed up. A few weeks ago I ordered a bean supreme burrito and someone had put meat on the tortilla, which they then scraped out after realizing their mistake, and adding the beans instead. If I had an allergy or was a vegetarian I would have been pretty upset to bite into a mouthful of beef. Other than that, it does okay for the price. I dont really expect much to begin with.

Being a vegetarian, its hard to find places to eat fast food with any variety. Taco bell is a standard for my family. That being said, we hate it when we get charged extra for replacing the meat with something that costs a great deal less, I.e. rice, beans, or potatoes. Unfortunately most T bells do this regularly. Today, Michael L, not only recognized that we were ordering food for vegetarians, but, without asking he double checked the order to be sure we werent getting any meat, and also checked to be sure we werent getting charged extra. Thanks for going the extra mile.

I know for a fact that most of that crew is on drugs including my ex christine bridge who is the RGM wich is supposed to run this place. Also alot of nasty things happening there with the person listed above having sexual relations in the store with another crew member Named Dillon Pickard. Just disgusting that these are the people who serve food there. Drug addicts and sexual in counters between Co workers. Were is corporate to make sure this RGM Is fired. I dated this person for 8 years and know for a fact they are sleeping with employees and using drugs. Yukkkk.

Only giving one star because I cant give 0. I understand that fast food isnt exactly fine dining. I get the hours are terrible, and the pay and benefits are worse but I do expect a certain level of basic cleanliness and professionalism. Making out with a co-worker in plain sight of customers isnt exactly my idea of clean. Maybe overly friendly? Ive actively seen employees getting high behind the place! I have given this place a couple of chances since its so close to my house but Ill just make the drive into Ann Arbor if I really need Taco Bell.

The worst taco bell around. Not sure how they stay in business. Always takes 20 minutes or more for even the smallest order. Employees are rude and usually very unhygienic with they hands in their pockets or on their phones then onto your food and drinks. Rude service and dont seem to care if they get your order right or not. Usually people just standing around staring at the wall while 1 person does all the work usually the manager.

Drive thru always messes up orders and the last time I tried to dine in (10pm on a Friday) they told me they were closed after I walked in and that I need to leave even though all signs said they kept there dining area open until 11pm, after pointing that out to her she decided to say huh must be a new sign, yeah new as in its only been there for a little over two years on the same window.

This taco bell is by far and away the worst around. The wait in the drive thru is on average 15 minutes. They almost always get something wrong on my order too. And everytime i order a slushie its waiting in the window when i pull up. Always half melted. When I ask for a new one they almost always give me attitude. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the food is good.

One of the WORST Taco Bells Ive EVER been to. Workers are always using foul language, paying no mind that I have my 6 year old with me, even though it shouldnt be happening at all. You are at work. Quit complaining about your job out loud. If you dont like it, leave it to someone who actually wants to help the customers and leave.
