Worst Burger King establishment in the eastern part of the United States. All the employees were using fowl language, smoking, and were very rude to me when I asked for extra lettuce on my whopper. The service was also very, very slow, and I received no greeting followed by a terrible attitude. As stated before, the atmosphere is utter garbage. No ventilation, restaurant was filled with smoke, I could barely breathe which did not help my chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Emphysema). I ordered a two whoppers, one medium fry, and a medium onion ring. The whoppers were made incorrectly, requested cheese on both, did not receive, the meat was dry as the desert and pretty cold. Other whopper was the same, but slightly raw. Fries were disgusting and were salted beyond belief, I felt a heart attack coming as I digested the food. My order was also rang up incorrectly and they charged me for four whoppers instead of two. I strongly recommend to avoid this establishment. I also looked back in the kitchen and none of the employees were wearing gloves, salmonella outbreak is very likely.

WOW! What an experience! The moment I walked in the door i was greeted with the impeccable aroma of flame-broiled beef, and a friendly smile awaiting me behind the counter. My order was taken quickly and concisely, and thats when the real show began. I began watching the fella who was making my sandwich (double whopper with cheese, bacon, extra mayo, and some angry onions for good measure), and couldnt help but stand in awe of his attention to detail. Every ingredient was placed as if that was where it had always truly belonged, words cant even describe the new level of perfection that was my sandwich. Im now considering moving to Perrysburg to be closer to this ambrosia factory.

I worked here for literally TWO DAYS and came home with this nasty thing on my neck. I have anxiety, so when Im nervous, I rub my neck. My doctor told me its extremely likely, due to places I had been and things I was exposed to, that I got it from here. (Cooks put bare hands in fries, wipe snot on their noses when they are wearing rubber gloves, etc) Honestly, if I had cold hard proof that I for sure got it from here, Id sue. So, long story short, DO NOT EAT HERE. So unsanitary, people are poorly trained, and just outright creepy. Had one dude who wouldnt leave me alone on my break. Never stepping foot in this place ever gone, worst job, and food experience Ive EVER had!

Been here 3 different times for breakfast lunch and dinner while staying at the hotel on business. Really only place within walking distance of the hotel we stayed at. Everytime I ordered something I requested it was made fresh and it never was. Dining room and kitchen were both extremely dirty and in sorry condition all 3 visits, staff seemed poorly trained and more time spent arguing and toying around then doing what needed to be done or specifically asked by customers. Medium combo is almost $10 for the same money go the next drive and you got your choice of Ralphies & Frickers for a few dollars more.

Burger King sucks. The crossanwiches are alright but the burgers are terrible and have gotten significantly smaller over the years. Chicken fries are nasty and their chicken nuggets are garbage. The same nuggets you would get from McDonalds. Once apon a time they had great chicken tenders but corporate ruined that. They also had a campaign that advertised they were "upsizing" but that didnt last long. I dont believe they flame broil anything. Its a sham and a shame. This location is cool though because it has the old school seating area underneath the glass canopy.

The GM is very rude and impatient, I tried to change my order and got a sigh and an eye roll from her instead of the courtesy I should have gotten. Also, the crew spent the whole time having a conversation at front counter about very inappropriate things, and completely disregarded the fact that my children were right there listening to every word. The food was shoved at me at front counter with out a word, which I found very rude... The food, however, was good, but that is about my only positive comment on this establishment.

Update: a week after quiting we found she had caught ring worm that we are still working to get rid of DO NOT EAT HERE Food is always dry and tasteless. Orders are always wrong. Once someone I knew started working there I found out some dirty things.... The cooks dig in the fries and eat from the dish The servers are rude and bad mouthed along with being flirty with customers They train none of the workers so orders are always wrong

Well me my fiance and his dad all stopped here and ordered a chicken sandwich, there was a hair on the sandwich, no big deal go back and get a new one and let them know what happened, hand us a new one and open it up and there is another long hair inside the mayo on the sandwich. Gross. Never going back.

Very big restaurant. Parking lot is huge and has a grassy picnic area. Interior of the restaurant is original BK decor. Reminded me of coming to eat at BK as a kid. Old, but looks good.

Waited quite a while for drive thru window. Young man working drive thru was very friendly and apologized for the long wait. It seemed they were understaffed.
