Over all good place for chats and pastry. It was pretty good 3 months back though. Lately their quality started degrading. They started high and then plunging. Hope they wake up and buckle up. One funny thing is they stock pav(bread) visible to customers as if they are for sale. When ever you ask for the bun, they guy on counter will check with this particular guy (which is mostly in chef cloths) and he will say no.. It is very apparent that they want to use them to sell vadapavs and pavbhajis.. It feels insulting at times.. Guys.. if you are not going to sell those pavs.. store it in the kitchen.. Why to embarrass you customers.

Its close to all cars showrooms. Stop by while came for car service to give try . Its not proper restaurant . Its small indian plates / snacks place. Its OK as per food and seating arrangement. Its for indian snacks but dont expect like Jersey city or New York places. Mostly it give food by heating in oven. I tried Puff, kachori Chaat, tea and Kathi roll. Puff and kachori Chaat is good. But tea and Kathi roll not good. OK for sweets .

This used to be a Good place with tasty chats. We visited on labor day Monday and ordered couple of Dishes. The dishes were not at all tasty and were made in Hurry. They use to keep Drinking water earlier.But now there is no drinking water available nor served Moreover insisting to buy the bottled water like in India. Disappointing No doubt i am sure Desi mentality will make USA also like India.

This place used to be good but for the past few months everything about this place started to suck. Lame customer service, mediocre food, deserts (sweets) do not taste anything like Indian delicacies. My most recent purchase of (rasgulla and chum chum) was on 6/20. The sweets were so hard and tasteless I had to throw them in the trash. Do not waste your money here until they get better.

Best place in New England to get Indian pastries, chats and sweets. If you are planning to visit, make sure you visit on Thursday, that is whrn the sweets are super fresh and u get the complete set. As the day progresses the variety reduces. So try to make it on Thursday to enjoy all the varieties.

Amazing chaat and grilled sandwiches (paninis) at very reasonable prices. Its counter service (like Panera), so it doesnt hurt 20% extra to eat in (which is a must for foods like chaat). Their dessert selection is also very wide and everything Ive tasted has been great.

Sweets are good but customer service is very bad. They served me cold puff twice. It is horrible to eat cold puffs. Who would eat a puffs cold. In fact on second time I asked them specifically to heat the puff and they did not heat the puff, that is unacceptable.

Expensive but delicious food. Love the samosa chat here. I make better tea than here. Definitely coming back. I wish there was water fountain or dispenser rather than asking for a new glass of water everytime i need to refill.

Milk sweets were okay. Nothing special. They did not have any cakes to go which was sad. The store was empty with no customers inside and that I was hesitant to get the food items on display not knowing when they were made..

Good place. Good Indian sweets. Good look and feel. Nice set of free salty items to add a snack too. Billing time frame seriously need improvement . some time it would take you 10 min to just bill and go out.

I had Gulab and Kala Jamun absolutely horrible taste and they were hard as rock. If you wanna eat good sweets it is better to buy from Patel brothers. Please do not eat/buy sweets/desserts from this store.
