Avoid this restaurant if you are going for a Buffet ! They just dont care about the customers , the people who are serving are not polite at all .. We are a group of 7 with 3 very young kids, walked in around 2 30 PM on a heavy snow day after confirming with them on the Buffet. In 10 mins time they told they are not going to refill anything and they are so adamant to even give bread , after a long discussion and threatening to leave the place they provided us with 2 rotis. Around 3 they removed everything from the place saying that they are out of time. I could see 10 ppl are still having the buffet. The best part is they have added 18% gratuity for 4 Buffets ! Coming to the food, the spread is not gr8 for the price charged !! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ..

Pathetic Service, Food considerable We were a group of 6 people with a kid. Firstly, we waited for around 15 mins to get a table which is understandable as we got to know that there are only few waiters. Next thing, we ordered food, which came on table after almost 20 mins. We ate the food and we liked some of the items but some of the dishes were not even to the range of consideration. Fast forward, we get the bill with 18% service charges added. Everyone knows that this is nothing but TIP. We said, we will not pay tip as we didnt like the service at all. It was slow and waiters attitude was pathetic. We were forced to pay full bill including TIP. I am never visiting this place and not even suggest anyone else to visit this place and feel embarrassed or disgusted.

The food here has always been hit or miss and the customer service has always been a miss. Nevertheless we were fans of this place until my wife tried placing an order through the phone while we were on the road. It appears that asking questions about the menu is frowned upon since she inquired about the various chicken sides that they had and received a rude reply instead that asked her to look it up online. To add to it we were even given the option of forgoing our order placement entirely. Success, it appears, has gotten into their heads and they care two hoots about customers. Funnily enough they have a poster in the restaurant that says "Customer is always right". We wont be going there anymore.

Dont let your food suffer because of your service. You have good food but really spicy. Waiters and manager are the most unprofessional people ever. Guys if you dont want to work in hospitality or restaurant then please dont work, you will be better in doing the job what you love. One star because of service. Will never visit for dine in. Changing the name will not change the image. Service is really bad. No etiquettes, manners or love for restaurant or the industry. It is all about putti g the food on the table and ignoring the customer. You have good food, dont let it ruin your customers

I went over there three times . Food was excillent and spicy . We enjoyed lot . Frst time we celebrate my hubbys birthday . Second time casual launch in weekend . It was huge food in buffet all dishes was full with yummy food . But i go over there last wednesday for launch buffet . But i was quiet surprised coz there was some items only . And food was not full . All dishes was quiet empty . I dont why this happen . But all over food was great .

The only restuarant in the world which does not do any customizations on the food. I asked the manager and he said that his restaurant is a big one and even a small change is difficult in the kitchen because of their volume. Im still surprised of this answer . We all would like to have somethings more or less and if you are person with specific taste please avoid this restuarant as we have to mould our taste buds according to them..

I went to this restaurant tonight, on Monday and it was very bad. The service is also very bad. All the food that I ordered was very bad and none of it was done well. My stomach is hurting slot right now because of the food, it was not done well. The Bollywood restaurant is so much better, to the people that want to go to this restaurant, DONT GO!!! Go to the Indian restaurant near by only 5 min way it is called BOLLYWOOD

Mirchi restaurant is new the area and we are glad that we have this nice restaurant in our suburb. We have tried the restaurant as a family and enjoyed our visits. If you enjoy south indian flair food then you should try the Mirchi. The place is brand new and the if you go for dinner then you certainly get some great service. The buffet offers good variety and you get fresh hot dosa to your table. Enjoy!

May be it was just this time but I did not like the food. It was To-go . Ordered chicken 65 biryani spicy and egg biryani. All of them were very dry without any masala. Chicken 65 pieces were dry too. Less then half cup gravy. It was like eating colored rice. Even the lemon given for Chicken 65 was a tiny one (may be 1/10th piece). Wasnt worth the effort to travel 20mins to get this order.

Ample sitting, Ease of acces, good parking, Variety of Indian food like Dosa, Biryani, Chicken Peppers etc Buffet has a good variety only if you come 11:30am-1pm after that things get subsituted and many a times taken off from the offering too. Kind of hospitability you get depends on ur Waiter. For Dinner - Not had good experiance but I hope they keep tap on customer feedback.

One of the really good Indian restaurants around the Boston Metro Area. Its quite spacious compared to many other Indian restaurants and has a good sitting area. The lunch buffet over here have lot of varieties and is mainly South Indian inspired. Ive tried A la carte over here and its pretty delicious especially the Punjabi Sabzis (Veg.) and Indo-chinese.

It was good before probably 2 months back I guess. I brought special chicken biryani, chicken lollipops and shrimp masala. It was damn worst in taste. I went all the way down from Woonsocket to west borough driving 60 miles.complete disappointment. Dont dare to taste the food at least I guess new chef changed.i am planning to return the food tommarrow

Love this place!!! Awesome spicy food. Yes they make nice Indian spicy food. Make sure to tell them to tone it down when ordering stuff. Love the kebab which were suggested by them and they came out lip smacking. Chicken biryani is my super favorite. I have been to the buffet and it is worth the money. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
