Anybody who thought that a change in name would bring a change in the food quality and attitude of the management will be in for a pleasant surprise. Not only has the food quality gone way down, from the time it was known as Priya, the attitude of the new management sucks big time. The manager Mallikarjun Chowdary thinks of himself as nothing less than Gordon Ramsay or Nobu teaching everyone what goes in each dish, if they ask him about customization of any dish. Then he proceeds to go to the kitchen and shout at his staff and shout at the customer who ask the wait staff on the delay of their orders. He was bad-mouthing a customer in front of me who came to check out prices for a catering event and said he will get back to him. No wonder that with such a pathetic attitude towards their customers and such bad quality of food their premises are all but empty and they are only dreaming of competing with Godavari who I believe have improved by leaps abd bounds. Thanks but no thanks Mr.Mallikarjun Chowdary. You and your restaurant suck

I gave this restaurant three chances and each time something was off. I went the first weekend they opened and the staff was not trained that well and we ended up with food that was way too spicy. (They still dont ask the question of spice level.) The second time the food was delayed and we had to wait to get water refills and even the check. Over the two times the food was ok. The third time, 2 of the dishes we ordered had too much salt and the dishes took an average of 30-40 minutes each to be remade. I had to take one to go. I really hope this place gets better for here sake. I however will not be coming again and will not be recommending this restaurant. There are far better restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The worst staff I have ever seen. This is one place I will never go back. When I first used to go I loved this place but they have been getting worse day by day. Especially the staff have let the restaurant down. Very rude and heartless staff. I went for a buffet on weekday at 2:10. The food was cold and half of the dishes for over. When I asked for a refill and fresh naan then they inform me there is no refill after 2:15 even for bread. Then when I am halfway through my meal they start removing all the food and start throwing them in the bin and then inform no food after 2:30.

I found a COCKROACH in the Goat Sukha(Appetizer). Attached is the image. I felt like puking after seeing the dead roach on the plate. Yuck. Waiter just apologized and cancelled the order. As a courtesy, he didnt even offered us a discount off the meal. I feel its a filthy and a disgusting place to eat as it has something to do with the basic standards of hygiene. I wonder how many roaches would have been present in the kitchen? I am in the process of reporting it to the public health department. This isnt acceptable anymore. I wish I could give a 0 star.

There is no other Indian restaurant in Manchester that beats the variety of the lunch buffet menu that this restaurant serves. Its chaotic at best with the crowd, but the food here wakes up your tastebuds like never before. The authentic Andhra menu covers a huge variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that you have to have a cheat day just for that. its all about food. So set your expectations right and this place wont disappoint you

I took vegetarian meal and it was awesome. You will never regret if you visit this restaurant. I loved it a lot. Variety of food options for meal and unlimited. Food will be served to your desk. And hotel people are so friendly and will be enquiring you all the time.. typically inside hotel looks like south Indian environment. Must visit .. value for money.. good quality and feels like home made food.. I loved it a lot

Excellent food - friendly and warm staff! The goat dish was delicious and the delicious spiciness of the sauce kicked my cold right out! I felt so much better that I was able to continue my plans for the day as if I wasnt sick. My two boys loved it too and enjoyed the rice pudding dessert with the crisps.

Finally a genuine south indian restaurant that fulfills my craving for spicy food. The food (biryani) was fresh and tasty, the dosa was crispy and cooked to perfection. Best part was the spice levels - met what we had asked for. Hope they maintain this on the longer run and on busy days.

I have been to this place 3 times and for three times service was very bad and they are not refilling the buffet on time. Dal and other veg curry which they put in the buffet was spoiled and after informed to them even they didnt removed from the buffet and didnt bothered about that

Service was horrible. We ordered dosa. Sambar was burnt and unfortunately we got our appetizers after our main course after repeatedly asking them. I understand that the restaurant will be busy on a Saturday evening. But never experienced any service as horrible as this.

I tried buffet today with my friend, food was stale and no taste. We asked the person to refill some items but he replied we cant refill after 2 pm I dont know that why these people allow at 01:50 PM, they need to inform us before seating.

The best Indian restaurant in Manchester Great food, great service, very pleasant atmosphere, quiet and not too busy, and great price for such a wonderful dining experience. Large, diverse menu, and with lots of vegetarian options too

Great lunch featuring southern Indian dishes.masala dosa and gongura goat curry was pretty good .Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely i will try your mega buffet. Thanks for mr.mallikarjun letting us know about mega buffet.

My take home order of biryani was half cooked and smells bad as if the chicken was not cooked or cleaned properly. If I get sick next time, I will definitely inform the health department ( just a heads up)! Waste of my Money...

The service was very poor there was no proper filling of the food items. The only positive thing about spending money was having some water. I suggest everyone to go to some other restaurant instead of this place.
