Ice cream could have been better. Customer service was horrible! We ordered the Heath bar ice cream which tasted coffee based. We brought it back to the counter and asked if we could exchange it for another flavor. The girl said yes for an additional fee of $3.50. I understand they cant take it back as it is food but giving us another flavor is customer service 101. So disappointing

Good selection, staff varies from helpful and friendly to "I could not care less about you". Prices are fair and selection seems to be consistent in quality and taste. Favorite is the chocolate peanut-butter swirl. A local favorite for Upton and Milford area. Located in road side location next to pain ball and car dealerships.

This place by far has the BEST hard ice cream and huge favor selection. The quality is superb if your looking for a real cream content, melt in your mouth ice cream. They also serve delicious hot dogs as well.
