I finally made it here after a year. The selection is small but very tasty. The prices are high. For medium ice cream dish and small shake $12. The apple pie ice cream was food but I have this with grocery store brands. Not worth the extra expense. The chocolate fudge gourmet shake was extremely rich (too much for my taste). Hubby loved it. Staff very friendly and patient. I have to give them props for having real peach ice cream. That was tasty and a rare seasonal find. I was going to give 2 stars even though it was more like 1.5, but I had to bump up for the peach ice cream.

I AM USUALLY NEVER DISAPPOINTED WITH COLD. BUT MY LAST VISIT I ORDERED A QUART OF MY FAVORITE WITH ONE ADDED TOPPING. WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS ONLY ENOUGH TOPPINGS FOR MAYBE A ONE SERVING. DID THE YOUNG MAN FORGET HE WAS MAKING A QUART IF ICE CREAM?? MAYBE. BUT I PAYED ALOT FOR IT. HE WAS BUSY TAKING YES TO THE YOUNG GIRLS. NEXT TIME I WONT BUY A QUART AND WILL PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT HE IS ADDING.

I ordered a mint chocolate ice cream and the server took a melted dripping mint ice cream (probably a mistake order) out of the back fridge and proceeded to take it out of the cup, add chocolate, and put it in a new container! If im going to pay 5 dollars for ice cream it at least has to be the consistency of ice cream, not a soup. I cant believe they tried to charge me for it!

My wife used to love going to this place. However, on our recent visits the employees were doing a really sloppy job. When we asked for the manager, there was no interest in improving the situation. It felt like they had no respect for the job or the clients. Family members of ours told us a very similar story.

They sing annoying songs constantly and theyre EXTREMELY cheap with the toppings. I wish I could jump back there and show them how I REALLY want it. Nearly $10 for a large ice cream? Youd better give me more than two oreos if Im paying for it!

I feel most cold stones are overpriced this one included. You pay for the show of them mixing your ice cream with selected toppings on a the chilled stone. Didnt have a bad experience but wasnt thrilled with the par ice cream.

I found the ice cream to be too rich. It was pretty pricey too. You can do better at local places like West End Creamery in Whitinsville or Gibbys in Worcester.
