I remember coming here when I was younger and getting spaghetti and meatballs, but nowadays, my family always comes here for the pizza. Usually we get eggplant and bacon and sometimes get it along with pepperoni and sausage (one half eggplant and bacon, the other pepperoni and sausage). Both of them taste wonderful and are some of the best pizza Ive ever eaten. The pizza dough is cooked perfectly, the cheese is creamy and delicious, and the sauce has an incredible taste that blends well with it and makes the whole pizza enjoyable. How do they do it? Just ordered a cheese pizza today and Im pretty sure itll be as awesome as always. Also forgot to mention, the decor, based on my last visit, is now updated, with a cool red and white painted pattern and some nice paintings that really help give off an Italian feeling to the place. If you want to get some of the best pizza in New England, I recommend this place entirely.

Ate here and had a horrible experience. Ate there on 5-5-17. Got diarrhea from the seafood platter after eating it. Waitress was extremely rude ( older blonde hair lady, short hair, no name tag on). Tried asking for Manager, was told his name was Victor and he was not there. Tried calling next day -5-6-17 at 2:24 pm, again was told Victor, manager was not there, and to call back Sunday morning. I called back at 11:00 on Sunday 5-7-7, Victor was very rude and blamed me for not asking for him Friday night. Says he is always there. He interrupted me when I tried to explain my bad experience. He said I must have a problem for calling two days later. Used to eat here all the time, will NEVER eat here again. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Spent $100 at the table NOT including tip. Disgusting food that gets you sick, overpriced, and rude management. Hey Victor, your restaurant sucks!

We arrive to the restaurant at 8:30pm. I specifically asked the waitress what time they close to make sure we had enough time to eat our dinner. She said 10 PM. We ordered our drinks and our appetizer. When we were ready to order our dinner (at 9:10) She very unapologetically told me that the cooks in the kitchen went home and brought us our bill. How does an establishment knowingly let their cooks go home when there are customers who havent even eaten their dinner in the restaurant. She didnt offer any compensation and no apology. We left hungry and disappointed. I will never return to this establishment again. Would NOT recommend. Horrible experience.

Be careful if you eat at Roma in Southwick. I got food poisoning and had severe vomiting for three days after eating a pizza from Roma. My pizza was a two topping (pepperoni and sausage). Not sure if the meat was bad or if it was the dough or sauce, but this was not a good experience. I called to let them know what happened, not to try and get anything for free, but just to let them know. They could care less. Spoke to a very uncaring man named Victor. He said his pizza was good and other people at it and didnt get sick. All I know is, I wont be eating here again.

My food was good, Chicken Pragmigia. Some of the other people with me on the table claimed that their chicken Alfredo wasnt good. That the Alfredo sauce was good but the chicken wasnt good, that it taste like plastic bowls. Probably low quality chicken. The service was really good the server was attentive with our food and drinks. Bathrooms were clean. We also try the fried calamari and fried mozzarella and they were both really good. I try a slice of Pizza from one of my friends and nothing different from other pizza places.

the food was disgusting. the only thing that was edible was the bread. the salad came out wilted and brown. the alfredo left a bad taste in my mouth. the chicken was rough. the broccoli looked like little trees, they were so long, it looked they have never cut broccoli before. the price was outragous for what we had. an awful experiance.

We ordered a large pizza and hot wings. The pizza was delicious and HUGE (great value for a large family) and the wings were absolutely delicious, my children even liked the wings and they dont normally like wings. We will definitely be ordering from Roma a lot in the future! Great to have nearby.

The food is good but the service is hit and miss. Great service tonight, though some nights good luck at getting a beverage refill or another beer. They have a bar, but no seats at the bar. They did a renovation earlier this year so the inside is nicely updated compared to the prior 80s decor.

I tried the Lasagna and it was nothing special. Dont be fooled by the exterior of the building the inside needs an interior decorator, very plane and lots of booths. Consider this a pizza place that happens to serve lobster and pasta. I would not go back.

Just called for a take out order. The girl on the phone doesnt know what Genoa salami is. Wicked attitude. I have lived in this town my whole life and there is a reason the locals stick to Village Pizza.

Pizza quality has really gone down over the years. I traveled miles to get there and It used to be my favorite place but one too many soggy pizza after soggy pizza has caused them to lose our business.
