Tiny shop, no seats, but truly fantastic homemade ice cream served at the proper temperature - not rock hard but firm. The ice creams arent overly sweet either, far more creamy than commercial ice creams. I got a single scoop of their special flavor, "chardonnay chamomile" which was delicate and subtle. Really good service too, even when the place gets slammed.

Best ice cream on the North Shore in my opinion. So many choices, some healthy and some just straight delicious. Maple bourbon was awesome. Great spot on the corner right downtown, enjoy a nice dinner out and head straight over. I know they are open until at least Halloween too!

Unique flavors and delicious pairings using local ingredients. The ice cream is made on site and the different is in every bite. (or lick) They offer cups, cones, frappes, and sundaes. Be sure and ask for samples of their one of a kind flavors. You wont be disappointed!

Delicious handmade ice cream celebrating local ingredients, what more can you ask for from a local ice cream shop. In a region where almost everyone else is selling the exact same ice cream (Richardsons), Melt is doing its own thing, and doing that exceptionally well.

Holy wow! The ice cream here is amazing. I find it FAR better than Richardsons in Danvers. I ordered a scoop of green tea and salted caramel with caramel brownie and it was AMAZING! Even more so with the waffle cone. Ive never had better ice cream.

Crazy Good, but expensive, ice cream. A lot of weird flavors like cornbread honey. Some are interesting like the blueberry citrus. Friendly staff and they are happy to give you a sample or two or three or four....

It smells so good in the shop when they are making fresh cones! Ive sprinted in 1 minute before close with a jones for the Earl Grey with Cardamom and Pistachio and gotten the same friendly service as ever.
