I just received the worst ice cream in my life from Banana splits. I called to discuss with the owner who 2 minutes ago was in the facility now he is not there. The girl that answered the phone could not care less. I was trying to help a small business with a possible bad batch of soft serve. Gritty and no flavor something went wrong. The only reason Im posting is the owner could care less. Dont visit this establishment. I was only trying to help. I never asked for my money back and was poorly treated on the phone what a shame!

I love Banana Splitz! I walk here after dinner and I always have great service and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious. They are actually open pretty late, which is a huge plus. The prices are decent and the portions are huge. I cant say enough great things about this place.
