Poor service. Unorganized. Today is my mothers birthday and she had requested that she wanted her meal from Longhorn Streakhouse. We walked in and was seated at 3:30PM; we didnt receive our bread until 4:15PM Thats just the bread! It took for me to request to speak to the manager just to receive our soups. The French onion soups came to us cold and had to be sent back. The manager had to serve us for the remainder of our visit, she was VERY pleasant and understanding. Our main course didnt come to our table until 4:43PM. With that being said, the mashed potatoes tasted as though it came out of a cardboard box. There was an horrible after taste! The manager offered everything possible, but that wasnt what I was looking for. I was looking for a pleasant positive evening out with my mother for her birthday. I would like to thank the manager for everything she could have done. Just a note, please screen your waitstaff properly before putting them on the floor to serve the public. I dont see us coming back. - Thank you.

My buddy Tim and I went to longhorn steak house tonight and ordered the wild west shrimp appetizer and then I ordered a ribeye streak, glazed carrots and salad, Tim ordered a chicken and strawberry salad. After a brief time, the assistant manager came over to our table and crouched down to our eye level and proceeded to apologize for a mix up on our appetizer. Apparently another table got the last one available so he asked if there was another choice wed like. We opted for the spicy chicken wraps. They were delicious! Our waiter also apologized and we told him it was fine, not to worry. Then the manager came to us to apologize once again and offered me a free wild west shrimp appetizer for my next visit. Our meals were fantastic, as always and the service was impeccable. Great customer relations and just plain "good business" by the way they handled the snafu. Another satisfied customer. 5 star service, 5 star menu! Thank you, sincerely, Cliff Bouvier

After a long day of charity golf, 3 of us decided to go to the Longhorn on Rte 1 north Attleboro, Massachusetts. Sat there for over 15 minutes and no person even acknowledge our existence. Pointed situation out to the host waited another 5 minutes and called it. We left and went to T.G.I.Fridays. where we were greeted and served in a proper manner. Sorry to expect good service , but I guess well never be seen in Longhorn again!

Just left longhorn now...Patrick was our server and I must say I work in a restaurant and I knew my boyfriend and I would probably be hated showing up so close to closing time but it was his birthday. He wanted longhorn and Patrick never made us feel rushed and he even offered dessert at the end even though there was just 2 mins til closing time. We didnt get any but still thank you very much

Today we took advantage of the Veterans Day special promotion. The food was great. I had the Primetime burger with asparagus side and the mushroom caps in cheese sauce. Asparagus needed something cant put my finger on it. Sharon had the baked potato soup. We are finishing it off with the carrot cake with cream cheese sauce. Jason our server was excellent. Always a great experience and have dined here often. The food is consistently good along with the prompt and knowledgeable waiter staff. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. I eat at many of their locations and have the same experience as here.

Generally not a fan of Longhorn because they over season everything but the porterhouse, stuffed mushrooms and roasted carrots were excellent. Server was also very nice. .

Our server was great! However, unless you like expensive, mostly fat, cold steaks, Longhorn Steakhouse probably isnt for you. The food here is AWFUL.
