I really didnt like it at this location, Me and my husband and our two children went to lunch here, and everything was ok, the pancakes where burnt, and there serving sizes was so small, I had to keep ordering extra sides for my kids, But that was not even the worse part, the worse part was when we was done with our food our waitress gave us our bill and I took me and my kids to the restrooms while my husband paid for dinner, as I was in the bathroom my husband had gone to the car to get more money because he left his wallet in the car and only had enough to cover dinner and he wanted to tip the waitress so as he went to the car and got more money he was walking back towards the restaurant and our waitress opened up the blinds and banged on the window and said "Thanks alot" I walked outside with my children looking for my husband because I was going to continue to shop there at the store, and he said "lets go Im not going back in there" and then told me why, I have to say that is so unprofessional because we was going to tip her, and even when he was paying for dinner he told me she went up to him and asked him if he tipped her or not and he said "No sorry" because he knew he left his wallet in the car and had to go get it to give her a tip. I have to say that is very overall ignorant, I understand they depend on that but to go about it the way she did was just rude, My husband called the restaurant and spoke to her telling her that was very unprofessional of her and if she waited she would of got a tip he said why do you think I went to my car and my family was still in there, she insisted that he was lien and that he wasnt going to tip her and she said that she depends on those tips, acting like we wasnt going to tip her, I then spoke to the manager, and he pretty much told me she would be terminated and its sad because she is a good employee and she has a family to take care of and two jobs and that the unemployment numbers are going to rise now, like wow what a manager huh? I mean as a manager I would of thought he would be more apologetic about what just happened, I mean he did say he was going to report it but I hardly doubt he will, I now will never go back and will make sure to let family and friends know about my experience here, I didnt want to see her fired, She wouldnt give us an apology and she should of seeing that is very unprofessional of her, If you dont like your job get a new one especially if it dont pay much, And dont get me wrong I tip my waitresses I do understand the economy but as far as im concerned even if someone didnt tip they definitely shouldnt act like that over it, its your job and im sure it dont say in the employee handbook if a customer dont tip yell at them and make them feel low. My husband would of tipped if she just gave him the chance too.

Had *great* service here yesterday. Didnt catch the (young male) waiters name, but he took very good care of our party of four. And this was when the restaurant was pretty full, on a Saturday at midday. Food was good. The rainbow trout was excellent. The homemade chicken salad was good but a little plain (Ill get something else next time). The cornbread muffins that come with the meal were dry, though. Our waiter brought us biscuits instead, which were excellent (hot, moist, buttery). (I mentioned at the register that the muffins were dry, and the cashier told the manager, so maybe that was something theyll address.) The decor was OK. Old-Americana style. Very pleasant place. Well go back.

went here for the first time a few weeks back. it was ok at best, the food was mediocre and the waitress disappeared right after dropping the food not to be seen again until she brought the check. the quality of the food was middle of the road and portions a tad small. My wife ordered the piled high rubin sandwich, it was maybe an inch and quarter thick including the two pieces of toast. Piled high? more like I had to get my microscope out to find the beef. skip it

I have just started working at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store here in Wilmington, NC and I really love working here. Nonetheless, my family has been eating at Cracker Barrel for years and I gotta say that the food is really good and of course the workers here try to make sure that you will have good experience while you are there.

Muy bien!!!! Se come comida auténtica Americana. Segun quien te toque de camarero, se puede hacer un poco lento, pero la espera merece la pena.

We drove over from Raynham to get food to go, mainly because we had heard the corn muffins were so amazing. When we got home, we discovered that our orders were messed up to the point that they were inedible. On top of this, there were no corn muffins, even though we specifically asked for them.

The worst Cracker Barrel EVER! RUN! FOOD IS AWFUL. AND CATHERINE, THE TERRIBLE WAITRESS WAS NOT ONLY LAZY, REFUSING TO GET OUR ORDERS RIGHT. SHE REFUSED TO RETURN TO THE TABLE AFTER DELIVERING THE WRONG FOOD, COLD AND NO DRINKS RIGHT. DID I MENTION HER ATTITUDE. HORRIBLE.

Horrible service by a guy named ross. Ordered soup before the meal but got it with our meal. Felt rushed the whole time even though it was not busy. Foodo was bland no taste and the chicken and dumpins were watery and gross. Never again will I eat here.

Not great food, prices are cheap. Wait staff seems to all be under the influence of some kind of drug, shuffling around on the verge of going catatonic. Oddly popular with people over 70. If you have 3 hours to burn, try it out

Ive never had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel. Ive eaten in Cracker Barrels in Kentucky, Michigan, New York and Massachusetts. Ive always found the food, service, and prices to be fantastic. Id recommend Cracker Barrel to anyone.
