Food was ok. Fried scallops were over cooked. Pizza was unremarkable. Crust tasted like what you get at home with frozen pizza. Soup was good. Server was not very friendly. Never cracked a smile the whole time we were there. Felt like we were bothering her when we asked for something. Drinks werent very good either.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Everything you dont want in an Italian restaurant from the stale bread on the table to the impossibly bland sauce. The pasta was mushy, the meatballs were... of questionable origin, and the whole place is dark and dingy -- as in the even curtains were dusty. Stay Away!!

Very nice restaurant, food comes in very large portions. Nothing overly fancy about this place just a classic Italian restaurant with very friendly waitstaff. I would recommend the upgrade to the vodka sauce very good. The calamari was surprisingly very good, would recommend.

Read positive reviews on this board and have to agree: excellent food and friendly service. The chicken/eggplants and home-made pasta was mouthgasmic! I will return next time in town.

The absolute best Italian food Ive ever had, and im in my fifties! Wow....portion sizes enormous which I would prefer were smaller. But the taste? Amazing. Service exceptional.

My father and his family grew up in Franklin and whenever we visit, the family meets at the Rome. Love the eye-oy! And when I stray from that staple, Ive never been let down.

All in all pretty average. Soups are great but nothing else really stands out and some is not great at all. Bit pricey for what you get, this is not haute cuisine here.

Best zitti and Meatballs ever......Love this place. I actually love everything on the menu. I think their Lasanga is top notch. Try this place you wont be disapointed!!!
