I ordered a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. When they were making it, I asked again if it was turkey to make sure. The womans told me that I didnt say that. I said that I did ask for turkey since I dont eat pork. She rolled her eyes at me and a guy working there with a similar attitude said they dont have any. I asked if they could use turkey deli meat and they acted like I asked for something SO difficult and that I had ruined their whole day. Horrible customer service. I dont even want to give one star.

Agree with past reviews. The gentleman working on Tuesday May 23rd around 1:10 pm wanted to play on his phone more than ask if thats all I wanted or represent some form of customer service and satisfaction. (10 minutes later as I write this review his heads still glued to his phone.) Wish this place better- management and ownership need to take these reviews into consideration. This is a place of travelers from all around the world, if you dont like your job go elsewhere. Cheers and good luck Au Bon Pain.

Cashier was slow and had as much interest in being there as a gnat even though there was a long line waiting to order. Unpleasant personality and never said thank you. Took forever to get my sandwich. One star rating is too good....wish there was a way to give it a negative 5 star!

First the service is horrible. They struggle listening to the order, therefore putting in the incorrect order. When you are staring and waiting for your order they will claim to have yelled out your order to pick it up. Then you look at your order and its wrong! Do not go here!

Worst decaf mocha Ive ever had. I had wanted it hot (although I didnt specify), but wasnt paying attention as he made it, and without asking me any questions, he dumped some decaf drip coffee on ice cubes and stirred in some bad tasting chocolate syrup.
