Went in just before 7pm on a Wednesday. Ive worked as a line cook so I understand things can get backed up at the dinner rush, but there was no sense of urgency whatsoever from the staff. Waited in line for 15 minutes, which Ive done before at other Chipotle locations, but given my starting place in line it should not have taken that long. Portion was smaller than usual. Bottom line, this gets two stars just for existing when I needed food. Terrible Chipotle experience. If you like being surrounded by white guys with awful accents wearing sweatpants and lots of hair gel, this Quincy location is the place for you.

Had a bad experience here about a month ago. Sent an email regarding cleanliness, lack of gluten awareness, and general attitude. I received a voice-mail the next day from Colorado asking me to call back and discuss the experience. I spent the next week trying to get in touch with the woman who left me the message. My calls and messages were never returned, and I disregarded it. No sweat off my back, I usually visit Boston and Cambridge locations which are always 100%. I would recommend not visiting this location if you dine with anyone who has a gluten intolerance or care about flies/bugs next to your table.

The Food recipes follow Chipotle standards. But the service to get your burrito or Bowl can be alittle unethical. There needs to be more management of the Staff. This Chipotle needs to clean there line constantly and needs to change the food pans more frequently. Presentation of what goes into my bowl was less then appealing

Your typical Chipotle, except it doesnt overdo the toppings. This is the first place that has charged me for a burrito when I ordered a quesadilla with beans and corn (still bitter). Parking is difficult. Dont go when the lot is full because youll have a difficult time maneuvering through.

Its right on the bridge and at a convenient location but the car entry into the parking lot is weird. You have to kind of go in about 100 before and it takes a little getting used to. Otherwise it has got sitting places both inside and outside to enjoy the awesome chipotle food!

I have never seen a Chipotle consistently give you smaller amounts of food. Not only do you get 1/2 scoops of meat but they some how skimp out on rice and beans! Go to another chipotle or find a different burrito place. Not worth it here.

I always go in around lunch time and even though there is always a line the people working keep good composure. They get the order prepared as fast and efficiently as they can for that I appreciate their efforts.

The tortilla chips were old, seemed like they were sitting out for awhile. My burrito was packed with rice, most of the burrito was rice. Nothing really tasted fresh. Very disappointing.

Just okay, staff doesnt give good portions always busy and feel rushed every time I order. Couple Saturdays ago my burrito bowl tasted like they put sugar in the guacamole and sour cream
