The food is decent, as well as being inexpensive with decent portions, but the customer service is far from good. I live in Winthrop and I order fairly regularly from here (often once or twice a month). Only one driver ever comes to my door, the rest expect me to come out to the street. Some wont even leave their car. Ive had to walk halfway down the street to get my food before, as well! I cant get any sort of customized order at all. I like a bit of kick in my fried rice and have tried getting them to make it spicy. Its never had any extra spice added. Twice, it was inedible due to the amount of salt that was added. What finally pushed me to post a review was tonight. Apparently the roads into Winthrop were closed tonight (I havent yet been able to confirm this or find out why) and the driver couldnt make the delivery. Rather than calling me to let me know, he simply returned to the restaurant, which also did not call me to let me know. It wasnt until I called an hour and a half after placing my order that I found out the driver couldnt make it. I was expecting a long delivery time because it is July 4th and stuff happens, but the least you could do when theres going to be a significant delay or no delivery at all is to call the customer.

The reason why I gave this a two is because the food was pretty decent but if Im being very honest the people here suck I ordered off the card and they told me I had to bring the credit card down so I want to over called again and confirmed the details for them to have put the card in the computer so that I wouldnt have to show them the card when he got here. When he did eventually get here he asked for the card and I told him that I had called but he ignored me and rushed down the stairs with the food shouting violently in another language. So end of discussion this place sucks and I will never order from here again.

I order one thing and one thing only: Kung Bao Tofu and white rice. Its spectacular. They say they deliver until 3AM, but Ive ordered closer to 4 and theyve brought it. I think the longest Ive waited for a delivery has been 30 minutes, though they usually come in under 20. Theyre always polite and friendly. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

They catered a huge event and they provided so much of everything, it was amazing! Even boxes for left overs. They set up and broke down the warmers and for under 10$ a person. They even did a bit of gluten free for us. Think wedding! Helen is a doll! They came all the way to Billerica, Ma. Grateful!
