My co-workers and I went to Yard House today for lunch like the many times we have before. Service has always been amazing and we have always enjoyed going back. We had six people with us and only saw 2 other people sitting at the empty bar. Our bartender "put" our order in around 12:20pm. At around 12:50, while still waiting for our lunch, she managed to close out all our tabs, still with no food presented. At 1:00pm, another bartender told us our food was on the way. While having many years as a bartender, I am aware of what was going on. There were tables who came in after us who had already finished their meals. Since our food came out one by one, with messed up orders, we were aware that the bartender simply forgot to put our orders through the system. Not once did our original bartender or a manager approach us. No one apologized or even told us it was a simple mistake which we all would have been fine with. It was left up to another employee to clean up her mess. I am very disappointed with the customer service at this establishment and will make it known to others that this is not the place to go at Market Place. If one person cannot even come up to us and explain the situation, then we do not see ourselves dining there again.

Went for a double date here with our brother & sister-in-law on a Saturday night. Since they dont accept reservations or call ahead seating, we were lucky enough to find 2 seats at the bar while we waited for a booth. We all ordered drinks and 2 apps. I got the Malibu Peach martini (pictured) and it was delicious! My sister-in-law got their red sangria and she enjoyed it. Our husbands each ordered one of their craft beers and they both liked them. For the apps, we got the deviled eggs that were awesome and the truffle fries that my sister-in-law said "were the best fries shes ever tasted!" After about 50 minutes (yes, way too long if you dont have a seat at the bar) we were able to be seated at a booth. Food: they each ordered the rib eye and were very impressed, said it was cooked perfectly. I ordered the peppered 7oz filet and I will say, Ive tried many filets and for a nice chain restaurant, I give it an A+! My husband ordered his favorite chicken tinga tacos. All in all, we loved dining here and would highly recommend for a nice out with friends and or family!

Pros: Of course the beer selection is excellent! I have been many times and usually try a sampler/flight. The food is great. One MUST get the truffle fries. The menu has good old comfort food as well as interesting, non-typical items. The early bird app price is great. We have ordered a number of apps for our meal for a decent price. Cons: TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! I dont get it! You cant hear your table mates! Its sooo stressful to yell throughout dinner. Then you get to the point where you just stop trying to have conversations because everyone is sick of saying "what?". I even sat outside once thinking it wouldnt be as loud but it was soooo loud I couldnt hear the waitress!! So my advice is to bring people you dont care to talk to. Its a shame. Id probably go more if I could hear people.

After waiting 35 minutes for a cup of soup and half sandwich and an appetizer, which I brought to the attention of the managers, they were gracious and compd our meals. The pace was quiet when we arrived and we were seated immediately. This generally is a great place to eat, have been here before and will go again, but the quality of service is variable and it seems always to be a kitchen issue. This has happened before. So when youre told it will be a 45 min wait before they can seat you, its because the kitchen time is exploding the guest visit time. Once served, the food was great, but my gosh dont go there if youre already starving.

Yard house is a busy place with a plethora of Beer choices. They have a Friendly staff and a menu for all..Veggie, Vegan and Carnivore alike. There "Sushi Offerings" are unlike the traditional California Roll you may be used to so ask about it before you order, some love it and some dont. The Yard House in Lynnfield;s MarketPlace offers a great "Food" Happy Hour from 3-6pm which is a worthy deal and they also offer this menu for Late Night eaters starting at 9:30PM to Close. I will add a screenshot of those hours and the location from their website after my review.

Just went in the last two weeks, i think i kind of expected a little more. The drinks were ok, nothing special, we got an appetizer that took forever, its just fried calamari.... then we got it, we have no appetizer plates, silverware or napkins or server to take our actual order...? Finished our appetizer, half way done with my margarita ,and our server came back to take our order. Then dissapears again , my kid got his food but we still had no napkins

Their draft list is impressively cultivated and has several brews that I cant find on tap anywhere, but rather than just relying on that and having mediocre food, they really have an amazing food menu. I would come here for just the food. Last night, for instance, I had a carnitas enchilada stack which was an amazing combination of flavors and my wifes vampire tacos were indulgently delicious. Even the rice was well spiced and cooked.

Brew selection second to none on the North Shore. Service was great well mannered, timely, and waitresses always have full knowledge of craft selections. Facility is clean and modern (love the tiling in the shithouse). Food is phenomenal... I suggest the Pork Belly Tacos... Yum. This place is a bit on the pricey side. Be prepared to drop a few bills even with just two people.

The service was great, the beer was great, the food was just ok. I had lobster/seafood garlic noodles and a Cesar side salad. Only half the noodles were tossed/coated and the salad seemed very dry. Update 7/11/17 - this visit was worse! Everything was a wait. Wait for drinks, wait for food, wait for another drink.

Really busy place at 4pm on a Sunday. Lots of families with children. Our waiter was awesome, knew the menu and beer selection in and out. The food was decent. I had a roast beef dip sandwich. Bring your appetite, big portions. I think they had over 150 beers on the menu.

Great service. Decent beer selection. Its just that the food coming from the kitchen was mediocre at best — swordfish tacos were over salted, bun on hot chicken sandwich was stale, chicken was over fried. For a fellow diner with gluten allergies the staff did and excellent job.

Service was slow. I had crab scampi that didnt have any garlic. Fried chicken lacked taste and the batter fell off of the chicken on the first bite. My wife had the parmesan ceusted pork loun. She said it was good. Not a terrible experience but not great either.

Awesome place! Good service, good food, & good mixed drinks. Lots of wine to choose from. Got the ribye steak with shrimp, & my girlfriend got the pepper crusted fillet. Very good sized portions. Definitely going to be coming back here again.
