My family and I had a very sweet waitress who was attentive and professional. She interacted well with my 3 and 5 year olds and was very intelligent (she was a college student so I told her she was a natural with children and she should consider becoming a teacher but sadly she had chosen another field of study). The kitchen was very very slow in preparing the food which was angering many customers throughout the restaurant. Everyone was complaining to their servers but our waitress great customer service really saved the day for us. It is very difficult to keep a 3 and 5 year old quietly engaged when they are hungry but our server managed it seamlessly. Aside from the slow kitchen, the other thing that really bothered me was that I could hear a woman in the back screaming and berating the staff. I asked a waiter who that was and he explained it was their manager. I couldnt get over how unprofessional and abusive her language was toward her staff. Aside from it being wrong, I dont think that is something that the customers should hear or see. Despite the great server, I left there wondering if Id ever return (even though my 5 year old loves their personal pan pizzas.) That visit was 6 or 7 months ago. Since my daughter had been asking to go back to Pizza Hut, I decided to give it another try. We went in hoping to get the same server we had 6-7 months ago. I did not get her name but described her to the best of my ability. The staff was fairly certain they knew who I was speaking about and gave me the bad news that she was no longer with Pizza Hut. The service I received on this visit was mediocre at best. I wont be back to Pizza any time in the near future.

I am a huge Pizza Hut fan, and this place just doesnt cut it. Ive gone to Pizza Hut in multiple states, and this is the only one thats disappointed me. Ive given this place a few chances, but now Im not coming back here again. The pizza just doesnt taste right. Not only does it not taste like Pizza Hut, it just doesnt even taste like good pizza. Theres something horribly wrong with the cheese and sauce that they use. If youre a Pizza Hut fan, please do yourself a favor and order from a different Pizza Hut, even if you have to drive out of town to pick it up. I would have given this review a 1 star, but the crust tastes fine and the staff are nice. Its just the cheese and sauce that is wrong! Those are some of the most important ingredients to a pizza! You cant mess that up, otherwise you get reviews like these. Every bite is cringing, my taste buds screaming for something actually tasty and good, and my heart crying for pizza that actually tastes like Pizza Hut. Avoid this Pizza Hut, eat somewhere else or at a different Pizza Hut.

We went into the main restaurant to take advantage of the salad bar and pizza combo. The hostess asked us if it table would be okay, but we requested a booth. She politely said no booths were set up and walked us to a table. After noticing numerous clean booths, and no salad bar, we left. Looks like a to-go Pizza Hut in the future, if we dont shop elsewhere.

Food was good and the Kids eat free on Friday night deal is awesome but we waited for 15 minutes before we finally had to go get a server. One never appeared so I had to go and get one again after another 10 minutes. All in all we will probably go back and give them another chance.

I dont ordinarily give poor reviews. Dont wast your money here. The food tasted normally, however, the following intestinal distress wasnt normal. If you decide to take the chance, take Imodium first followed by a regiment of Pepto. Maybe itll stop by the 3rd day.

It was horrible! Normally the the pizza is excellent but this time the food was horrible and so was the service sent cheese bread sticks back twice and they still came out burnt and hard as a rock the pizza was burnt and no cheese is was just an all around bad experince

Very poor delivery. Waited 1.5 hrs to find out out our order had "accidentally" been placed as a take out. Not happy at all. And to mention the breads cold and the pasta is seriously over heated.

Pizza was undercooked ordered extra bacon only got a few pieces of pepperoni and chicken. Wings were mediocre and were barely halfway covered in sauce. I wouldnt recomend this pizza hut.
