This was my third and last visit to this location. The first time(about 4 years ago) my son and I went for lunch. As we entered I noticed a sign for the lunch buffet and made note we still had 15 minutes until it closed. We were met by who I believe was the manager, shown to a table and presented menus. I immediately stated we would be having the buffet. The woman said she would be right to take our orders, walked straight to the buffet table and picked up every pan of pizza stacking one on top of the next and took them into the kitchen. The next time ( about a year and a half ago) I was having dinner with my wife after work. The pizza took a long time to arrive and when it did arrive it was very over done. This last time (last week) my wife had phoned in an order for carryout. A large pan meatlovers and a large cheese pizza. When she received the pizza and looked at it she saw that the pan pizza was not a pan pizza, she showed it to the employee that had handed it to her and he agreed with her. He called the manager and she looked at the pizza and insisted it was a pan pizza as ordered. From now on we will be going to the Pizza Hut 10 min. away in Stafford. We have eaten there many times and never had any problem.

Screw this Pizza Hut. They dropped My brothers Pizza on the ground. Picked up turned around to SUPPOSEDLY get him a new one and then drove back 15mins later with the exact same pizza. My brother called up there at least 5-7 times each time the workers would get mad and hang up on him. So this is the practice your bullcrap Pizza Hut does? :) Well, Do it again and youll find a Lawsuit on your hands. This is the most disrespectful place Ive ever witnessed. Im purely unhappy that you guys feel the need to FEED people food off the ground then try and say "Both drivers didnt drop it" Idiots, It was only ONE driver that came not 2. Stop lying to your customers. You people deserve to be fired. Just because your bullcrap worker didnt wanna pay for a pizza he dropped and then tried to play as if he got a brand new one within 15 minutes. It takes 30+ minutes for them to make a new pizza AND then to deliver it is about 10 mins so yeah dont try that bs again. You will def. hear my mouth, thanks. :)

So unhappy with this Pizza Hut!!! And the sad thing is that this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with them. I called to order pizza tonight and had to call 3 times before I actually got an answer. Finally at 6:37 I get and answer.Then I was informed that they do NOT deliver to the base. Since when? Ive ordered pizza to my house before. I wasnt too worried, my husband didnt mind going to pick it up. So I order the pizza and the lady "Ashley" says 20-25 mins. So I figure more like 30-35 mins. Because they are always slow. So after about 20 mins my husband goes to get the pizza. He then texts me at 7:58 to say he was still waiting. Im like "WHAT?" He finally gets home and I look at the sales receipt and it says he paid at 8:09. This is totally unacceptable. I have had slow pick and delivery times from them before but this is it. I will NO longer be ordering pizza from them and will tell all my friends to stay away from them as well.

By far the worst Pizza Hut in the entire cosmos. If I put it up there with Hitler and the last fantastic four film on the list of things that I hate the most. They are making it a very hard argument if you want to raise minimum wages. If anything this place makes you want to lobby to lower minimum wages. Simply firing all the staff that sit on their phones or take smoke breaks where paying customers can see them is not enough. NO, hell no! Tear this place to the mother loving ground and dont rebuild it. Sell the land to a church so they can bless this unholy ground. I had better pizza and better service in Iraq from a double wide trailer and a menu with only three toppings and a guy who barely spoke English. Dear corporate pizza hut your losing my trust.

Made a carry out order online... Got there on time according to what the estimated time was. I waited an extra thirty minutes! I asked for a large pepperoni pizza and I got a cheese pizza with pepperonis thrown on the pizza. Service was bad. The lady at the check out had a face that said "I dont wanna work", never smiles at the customers, she was always serious. A customer asked her about the Pzolo. He asked what it was and she just sent him to look at a picture. He asked what it had and again she said to look at the picture instead of explaining to the customer what it was to sell the product. I think they need to work on their peoples skill even if they dont feel like working. Stay home if thats the case.

First time going there tonight. The food was ready on time but once I got there it was all bad. I ordered a pzone and a large pizza. She opened the pzone box and sitting right there on the food was hair. She acted like she didnt notice it. When I told her it was there she looked and gave it to a coworker who had just walked in without washing his hands and told him it needed to be remade because a hair was on it. He actually gave me a dirty look and for what I have no idea. Then the crust on the large pizza was burnt. I told them to just keep it all I didnt want anything remade and left the store. Guess I should have listened to all the reviews.

I havent ordered Pizza Hut in years and obviously I forgot why. Its because this place took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered on a weekday. The pizza was as cold as it was outside (36 degrees). Ive had better pizza 2 days old from my fridge. A man riding a donkey could of got here quicker. Not sure how the owner of this establishment is making money. Perhaps they only have one person delivering pizza to save money. They must not realize its not keeping up with demand. The owner will probably be filing bankruptcy soon. Youre better off going to get a whole pizza at 7-11. This place is atrocious.

The worst food I have ever eaten. By far the worst service. I ordered delivery but decided to go and pick ut up after a estimated time of delivery of 1 hour and 20 mins. I only live 5 mins away and once i got the and waited my pizza was cold. Wing were suppose to be breaded but werent and the had some gross white sauce on them. Customers service doesnt exist here. I stood there waiting for the lazy employees to all go smoke before I got my horrible food. Just shut it down. Actually burn it down... not a place anyone should go to.
