Yesterday I visited my local Chipotle and was very displeased. I hesitated even going in because I always end up spending an necessary amount of money. I dont like burritos so I always order the chicken quesadilla with cheese. I also enjoy a little bit of lettuce on the quesadilla but whenever I ask for just a small amount of lettuce I am charged for a burrito and $4 extra. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Lettuce is probably the cheapest product Chiptole orders to the store and I am being chaged $8.50 for a chicken quesadilla (when it is typically $4.50) just because I want lettuce. I have been overcharged atleast 10 times and I am fed up. Yesterday when I went to Chipotle, before I ordered, I asked the women working behind the counter if there was anyway that I could get a chicken quesadilla with lettuce WITHOUT getting charged an extra $4 dollars for it. She told me I could be charged more and get lettuce on the side. Why would I want lettuce on the side when Chipotle quesadillas rip when you try to open them? I cant put lettuce in myself or the quesadilla rips and my food is still ruined. I told her that and she told me there was nothing she could do, so I went to Salsaritas where they add an additional item to your quesadilla FOR FREE. My mother still wanted a small kids taco kit because she enjoys the steak. Not only did she not have enough money for extra steak, they didnt even fill the one container of steak up, it was filled about half way. When she asked if they could put more steak in the cup they said no, even though she didnt get any sides. This is just a horrible display of customer service and I would really like to return to chipotle but I doubt I will because of how ridiculous my last experience was there.

I was DISGUSTED with my visit to chipotle today. I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla and the server gave me literally a QUATER of a full serving. When i told her that was not expectable, she tried to convince me that it was the correct portion size. After informing her that she and I both know that it wasnt. She offered to give me a double portion (meaning i would have to pay for more). So i had to inform her that i would not be paying more and that she needed to fix it. She finally gave me the correct portion size. For the past year ive noticed this becoming a trend at all chipotles. I am tired of having to fight for a NORMAL portion of meat (a spoonful). After years of being a loyal customer, I have had it up to here. I hope trying to cheat loyal customers worth your entire business.

I am a vegetarian and if I thought the world would follow my lead anytime soon it would make me so happy.....but since that probably isnt going to happen I would at least like to believe that animals lives are spent happily grazing on a farm and NOT crammed on top of each other in horrible conditions. When I heard that Chipotle isnt offering Pork because of its suppliers treatment of Pigs it gave me a better opinion of this restaurant. I am just one person but I know allot of people that are a also vegetarians and I will share this news with them. Thank you for thinking of another living thing, I wish all meat suppliers were forced to better their standards or suffer the same consequences. Diana Price-Seal

The food here is always good and fresh although I have not been in for over a month since their E-COLI outbreak and a few customers I know had gotten sick with a 24-48 stomach bug from eating there at this location. Aside from that the restaurant itself is always dirty, you say something to the workers and they respond to you like they are robots cause MANAGEMENT doesnt care about providing what was once called in America GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE if you look for it there forget cause it doesnt exist. THE FLOORS ARE NEVER KEPT CLEAN, THEY DONT WIPE DOWN THE TABLES REGULARLY AND WHEN YOU DO EAT IN YOUR HAVE TO FIGHT THE FLIES LIKE YOUR EATING AT PICNIC AND TRUST ME THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION IS NO PICNIC.!!! :-)

Im not a huge fan of Chipotle (I know - gasp!) but I do occasionally enjoy eating their food as it is a MUCH better alternative to Taco Bell. The line can sometimes get a little long but thats par for the course for Chipotle. They more than make up for it by moving the line along quickly, always being friendly, and being clean. It can sometimes get loud because of the amount of people in a large room with high ceilings so if I was looking for a quiet, cozy date this wouldnt be my first choice.

I would recommend the chipotle at hunt valley because this one has terrible service. They give you less food, and my sons burrito fell apart while they were wrapping it and they didnt bother to fix it. Before you hire help, make sure they practice wrapping. The hunt valley chipotle put about twice as much as i got today. I drove about 10 minutes from this chipotle to my house and my food was already cold unlike how when i drive 30 minutes from hunt valley, my food is still warm.

The food here is pretty fresh and the ingredients are very consistent. Its the fastest moving line in town. In other words, know what you want before ordering. If you order 2-3 items at the same time, forget it. They have moved item number one halfway down the line and are asking questions while the second one is getting questioned at the same time the first one is getting questioned in front of you. So, if you know the line...its a well oiled machine.

Never get the same amount of chicken or corn or rice and beans. Its almost like you have to yell to get what you think you deserve for 8 dollars. Im a lover not a fighter but this place tries your patience. And they move so fast that if you ask for something else you get the famous "make up your mind face"! All fast food should take classes from chick fila no matter what county they are 10 stars all the way

Poor, I walked in the restaurant and it was so ridiculously loud, I could hear everyones conversations, and the employees there were horrible, they were all goofing off and texting. We had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to look up to notice us there, by this time we just left. I was not pleased and havent been back since.

My burrito fell apart. But thats probably because I made them stuff it with tons off awesome stuff. I like chicken, white rice, corn, lettuce, sour cream and guac, but everything else is good too. Its the subway of burritos! But also other things too!

Food was good the 1st time there, but that went downhill the next 2 and last visits. The staff was so incredibly rude, and the management unprofessional and ignorant to customer service ! Dont waste your money ! Sad place, they will self destruct !!
